What do you love most about your job?
I love listening to people, creating a safe space for people to be heard, to be seen, and to be supported to see their own strengths more clearly. I love supporting people to become kinder to themselves, to get clear on what they want out of life, and to develop strong, healthy habits which will make what they most desire possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I became a mom and wanted more flexibility in my life, so I started my own business so I could see clients around my kids' school and afternoon/evening schedules. I also wanted to have the freedom to craft and offer services that I believe in, on my own terms, doing what I do best.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I only see clients remotely, over zoom or phone, which is completely safe in these times!
Individual Coaching
I offer coaching packages of 4 or 8 months in length which for 2021, begin in early March and in early September (I do not work during July and August).
I also offer group mastermind programs for busy, working parents, educational leaders, workplace leaders, and adolescents.
