I purchased my dress at Radiant Bride in February of 2021. They set themselves apart from the moment we walked into the door. Radiant Bride was one of our last stops after a couple long days of dress shopping and I thought I had already “found my dress” at another bridal shop by the time we walked through their doors. That changed in an instant. Radiant Bride has a large selection of gorgeous high end gowns and their customer service is wonderful. My experience at Radiant Bride was AMAZING! Jessi and the rest of the team were so welcoming and wonderful to work with. After I picked out some dresses I wanted to try on, she listened and ended up pulling my dream dress!! There is such a wide variety of beautiful dresses in the shop, I really felt like I was able to see everything I could want to see before picking the one. I cannot say enough good things about Radiant Bride! I worked with Ellen and she was simply wonderful. She made the process both easy and fun. She was very accommodating when I brought in my grandparents to see my dress before I bought it, and they absolutely loved her too! The entire staff is warm and welcoming, they do not push anything on you and they let you take your time. They all are fantastic and very knowledgeable, if you are looking for a wedding dress be sure to check them out! I had such a fantastic time today searching for the perfect Dress at Radiant Bride! I was greeted by a lovely Bridal Consultant named Hope! She was very helpful. I was able to look through and browse a few dresses to pick out and try on. After trying on just 3 dresses I said YES to the dress! Lovely shop with beautiful dresses. Wish we'd had a better experience with our consultant. A dress I tried on there ended up being THE dress but the poor experience with the lady helping us, led me to purchase from another shop much further away.

Had my appointment there today and felt right at home as soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted with warm welcomes and smiles from everyone there. Jessi was my consultant and was so great every second of the appointment. She let me pick whichever dresses I wanted and even picked some out later in the appointment after she caught on to my taste. They were not pushy or upset at all when I told them I wasn’t ready to make a decision and was happy to save the info on the two dresses I loved.
