We had Mr Lucas design and remodel our home. He took a small dining rm and opened it up to join our kitchen. Added a bar with lots of cabinets under the knee space. We had a sunken living rm that was outdated and with Mr Lucas he totally changed the look by raising the floor to the level of the hallway and opened the sitting area with new ship lap up to chair rail height. Ron replaced a travertine shower that a previous contractor had done incorrectly. I was impressed with him and with his crew. The following summer Ron redesigned and remodeled our kitchen and breakfast room. Just had my kitchen remodeled by Ron and oh my gosh it is beautiful! It was a small kitchen that had no class and no storage space With a few magic touches from him I have a great kitchen, more storage and plenty of light. The staff was great and calmed a nervous Nelly at every turn... especially since was my first time remodeling a kitchen and didn't want an ugly kitchen to change to an uglier one through my choices. Ron and his team have done a wonderful job for our addition. We enclosed an existing porch are and turned it into an office. We also extended the roof line to create a large open are by our pool. This are also included an additional bathroom, storage room, skylights and cedar and rock work. We could not be more pleased with the project. Ron and his project manager Jim have done a great job of staying on task and making sure the sub contractors are timely and doing what is expected. I would certainly recommend Ron Lucas Construction and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I asked for a total remodel of my master bathroom....from the ground up. Ron designed a beautiful updated master bath that exceeded my expectations. All my "wants" were incorporated and other ideas suggested, which proved to be amazing! I have a walk-in shower, heater/fan, 2 vanities, outstanding lighting, cabinet storage and a window....all of which are absolutely elegant.
I am SO very pleased with the design.
Every one who worked on this project was professional in their work, diligent in the task, courteous, and very pleasant.

Ron Lucas and his team renovated my kitchen in a professional manner, making sure that my preferences were incorporated with his knowledge and design skills. They totally gutted the kitchen and knocked out a wall between the kitchen and family room. This opened upt the area, making the kitchen look bigger, more spacious. New cabinet, new applainces, new hardwood floors took this 1960's kitchen into 2014. He kept me informed as to any problems or adjustments that needed to be made. I saw 2 of his other projects that he had done at some friends' homes and knew he did quality work. Based on their recommendations, I did not seek any more estimates. Ron Lucas totally remodeled our master bath, which was dark and outdated and gave the feeling that it was small and cramped. My husband and I basically knew what we wanted in a remodeled, updated 1973 bathroom, which still had original everything, down to paint. Our problem was finding someone with a creative vision of how to accomodate our needs in a creative, fresh way without adding additional footage and Ron visualed how we could. We opted to tear out sheet rock, ceiling, tile, fixtures, lighting, etc. He always presented ideas to us, right down to the smallest details, and we selected what would work best for us and our lifestyle. After Ron's first visit, where we decided on the work we wanted done, he presented us with an itemized budget. Every step of the way, Ron told us where we were, financially. There were no surprises at the completion of the project! We really like that!

Ron has a professional and accommodating staff. Before they started the project, they came in and covered furniture and floors to limit the amount of dust and wear-and-tear on areas of our home affected by the remodel. After completion of the project, a cleaning crew came in and set areas back as they were. Ron made sure that we were satisfied with the end result.
Also, his other staff were of exceptional character and integrity. They worked as quickly as possible and their work was excellent. His cabinet shop built the cabinetry that we wanted. Our vanity is exceptionally beautiful and custom made.

Now, as we enter our master bath, there is an airy,open feel. We have made the best organized use of existing space. Our highest recommendation goes to R LUCAS Construction and Design! More...
