What do you love most about your job?
I love helping clients transition to the best version of themselves. My goal is to help them see and ehance the very best in themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my business because I worked with folks who were challenged to accomplish stretch goals and needed help. Often times I became that person and I loved it.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe I am a great match for clients who have a challenge or hurdle and they want someone they can trust to support them, provide resources, help them stay on track, and celebrate with.
Individual Coaching
1-1 Coaching offers support, challenge, accountability, and a trusted relationship.
Team Coaching
Team coaching is similar to 1-1 coaching. The difference is coaching with a cohesive team. The goal is to support the team through hurdles. The hurdles I frequently help with are conflict resolution and communication.
Workshop Facilitation
The following half to full day workshops are available for groups of 6 - 25.
