Que’s took our request for a down-home backyard barbecue and exceeded all expectations at our daughter's wedding weekend finale, at Parkside Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN. Chef Kirt's dedication, maneuvering that smoker trailer up the mountain, showcased his commitment to excellence. As soon as the trailer was set in place, it was already smoking goodness! Chef Kirt took our request for a build your own burger bar to the next level with the addition of thick sliced, smoked bologna, topped with pimento cheese, sweet onion jam and placed lovingly on a brioche bun (hot dog say what!) All the side dishes were over the top delicious; and don’t even get me started on the homemade peach cobbler! Top-notch food and friendly service from all the staff left everyone delighted. Kirt and his staff did an amazing job catering my son’s wedding. They had all the food set up as scheduled with chafing kits, utensils, salad dressings and 3 different kinds of barbecue sauce. We went with smoked chicken, brisket and pulled pork. Each and every meat was delicious and moist! All the side dishes were made from scratch with fresh ingredients. Kurt did an amazing job in putting together some of the best BBQ food I and my family ever tasted. It was a pleasure to meet Kurt and would recommend his BBQ skills to anyone serious on serving the best BBQ ribs, chicken and pork I and dozens of my family members got to enjoy.
Personally the chicken was the best BBQ I have ever tasted. The pulled pork was outstanding and the ribs were a favorite of many.
Kurt was so generous with filling the order we have more leftover deliciousness awaiting us for the next couple days.

We taken into consideration, dietary restrictions, likes, and dislikes and pretty well right every menu for each client

Seeing the smile on the family face as they’re enjoying that family meal together
What inspired you to start your own business?
Many years of preparation, at the urging of coworkers and many chefs, I’ve worked with said it was time to go on my own, and do what we do for the client

We are 100% committed to every client. We never book more than one event at a time. we are from scratch kitchen! We believe it should be made like grandma used to make it!! yeah
