My favorite dish to cook would be Cajun shrimp Alfredo .
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have a consultation with our client . We’re asking what they like and what they don’t like. We take that information with the help of the client to come together with the perfect menu .
What do you love most about your job?
I love that it’s a sense of therapy for me . Cooking is not only a source of income but it’s my happy place . I love being able to clear my head and create dishes that make people happy and full .
What inspired you to start your own business?
Entrepreneurship is in my blood .
The idea of working for myself & creating opportunities for others is what keeps me going . I’m grateful to be in the position I’m in .

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We sanitize & clean properly . We are big on cleanliness & being safe. We use the proper utensils & tools when preparing & cooking our dishes.

Private chef service: personally cooking at customers choice of location . There must be proper equipment available for service. Food cooked prior is also an option and can be delivered to customer and served by chef or their employees .
Cater event
Private event service: Food cooked prior and can be delivered to customer or picked up by customer .
