This is a gym for people who want to lift weights. It also has racquetball courts. If you're into lifting weights, then this place is for you. Multiple squat racks; lots of plates; lots of weights. There's also a decent range of machines. Not much else in the way of amenities.Rates are fairly reasonable IMHO, and owner is a straighforward guy as far as pricing is concerned. Been going to this gym for about 3 years now. The manager is a great guy, helpful and informative on nutrition. The atmosphere is good, equipment and building is cleaned daily. Only problem is i'm still overweight..... wait.... that's not their fault haha More...

Absolutely love this place. Went to Planet fitness for about a year and wasn't getting results I was looking for... a month at Body Rocks and it totally upped my game. Love the owner, super nice, accommodating, and cleans the place daily, truly cares that every member has a great experience. This is a no frills gym, just go and 'train hard'. Been here for 3 years. Great for the weight lifters! Squat racks and benches, dumbbells are nice and heavy. The cardio equipment is very dated, but just go outside and run if you want to jog.

I just joined and it seems like a hidden jem. I didn't even know it was there... until I drove by and saw the monster truck out front. The outside is misleading. When you walk it the place is huge, lots of specialty machines that I enjoy, lots of freeweights. Also, a nice Sauna which I just used this morning. They have doubles and triples of the popular machines too, soooo no waiting! More...
