I love solving workplace and business problems that align with organizational objectives that allow clients to accomplish their goals. Seeing the final product and the successes that my partners enjoy gives me a sense of enjoyment!

I always had a self-starting personality and I felt that I had a lot of value to offer to those businesses that don't have the resources to have a full-time senior-level human resource professional. I saw a gap in the market as larger companies were able to add strategic human resource professionals smaller organization have a need to keep up with current trends so that they can compete for and get the most out of their talent.
