Absolutely amazing food. The chicken and tri tip were so juicy, corn and green beans were hard to beat, and the pasta salad was out of this world! We had Q-It Up catered for our wedding last weekend (10/10/20) and it was absolutely flawless! The team was professional and dang good at what they do. Q-It-Up did my daughters graduation party this weekend and it was beyond excellent! Being the host I kept feeling the need to help in some way, but their staff handled everything from replenishing food to switching out their chafing service to ours when it was time for them to leave. Our family and friends commented on how great the food was all day long...the seasoning on the chicken thighs needs to be bottled and sold, it was so good! Thanks for everything! More...

I experienced this catering company at my sisters wedding a little over 5 years ago. My mouth still waters thinking of there perfectly spiced food. We had them cater my rehearsal dinner. Phenomenal. These folks are real professionals. They catered our wedding reception in 2003.We were impressed with quality , quantities and selections they provided. Above and beyond expectations. We have followed them for many years. We are looking forward to their pizza at Erbelli's. A little constructive observation.... Those fire thighs have been radioactive lately.I used to down 3-4 of them and now I can barely smoke 1. Maybe back'em down a notch or two. Offer a more a sauce option .
