The staff is amazing and loves my dog. As an owner, I appreciate all communications if/when my dog may have been feeling sick or got into a small scuffle with a fellow dog. They seemed incredibly genuine in their concern for him. My dog is always super excited when he gets to go to daycare. I love that they have webcams so I can see how he's doing during the day and  definitely feel safe leaving him in their care while I go off to work. Hands down the best experience for your pups to enjoy!  We have been bringing our dog for some time now and the excitement that they show us to see our pup is amazing! Roxie is beyond exhausted from playing both inside and outside (and in the pools during the summer time!) when we pick her up but if we were turn around walk back in, she would be beyond excited to go back in and play with her friends.The pricing is very responsible - especially the Sunday half days!  We have used the boarding service also and I don't think that Roxie wanted to come home after being loved up and taken care of during her overnight stay.Congrats to Puppy Haven and all that they do, they deserve all of the 5 stars and MORE!!  Thanks for being Roxie's happy place!!!! I have been taking Chloe here since I adopted her. She loves playing with her friends. A lot of dogs from our neighborhood come here so it's great that she has dogs she knows plus new friends. Chloe adores the staff. Sometimes I think she enjoys the staff more than the dogs. We also board here. It's the only place I truly feel comfortable leaving her. The staff does a great job keeping a feeding schedule and they take great care in administrating pills and supplements. I like the apartments they have for boarding. She has a space that is big enough for her to walk around in and it seems homier than a kennel which is what most places have. Puppy Haven is our spot. Staff, service, cleanliness are all 5 star. My experience with Puppy Haven was definitely 5 stars! My 2 pups and I had to evacuate Savannah for Hurricane Dorian and they welcomed us with open arms. My pups got right in for a temperament test and they even got to board there. All the staff were so nice and courteous. I really enjoyed being able to watch my pups on the cameras and loved all the FB/Instagram posts of my babies. When I picked them up, they were wore out from playing, had report cards, and were even given Puppy Haven swag to take home. They really went out of their way to lighten the load of stress on me during that time. I am so grateful for that. When I was looking for a daycare to bring my pup, I obviously checked the reviews first. So when I saw that Puppy Haven had a perfect 5 stars I knew I needed to check it out. After bringing my pup here a few times, I now know why: this place is awesome. The staff truly cares about your dog and the customer service is outstanding - not just for a doggy daycare but really better than any service I've received anywhere. I was nervous about bringing him for his temperament test, but when I went to pick him up and saw how happy he was I knew it was the right call. They even gave me a report card with his picture and a list of his favorite activities, along with a gift bag - how cute is that? Suffice to say I can't recommend this place enough. More...

I brought my puppy to PHChastain almost a year ago, and the staff was great, and friendly. Unfortunately my girl got sick (as pups in groups sometimes do) and I was super freaked out. The owners and managers handled my panic and fear with grace. After searching high and low for over 8 months for a different daycare and 3 dog walkers later, we're back. PHChastain staff are warm, friendly, and really love pets. The facility is clean (unfortunately not the case at lots of other places) and they do their best to keep all the pups healthy. My girl is happy to be back and I love that I can see her playing with her pack mates on the cameras. I have used Puppy Haven Chastain for daycare for the past few months as I work very close to the location. The entire staff seems to care about and know each dog very well and my dog loves going (and based on experiences at other locations, I know she really likes it). This past weekend, I boarded my dog and that was another great experience with the level of care taken during check-in as well as being super-responsive to emails checking on my dog during her stay.There's also the added benefit of webcams so I can see how active my pup is during the day. Puppy Haven is the place to be! I recently moved to Atlanta and thankfully found PH. I can not speak highly enough about their professionalism, love for dogs and kind attitude. My pup LOVES going here and comes home exhausted every single time. The building is clean and organized and they have great spaces for dogs of all sizes. This place is magic, the dream, an all around dog happy place. I have been taking my now 1-year-old to Puppy Haven for almost a year now (see pictures for his glow-up) and it's amazing. The staff, the manager, and the owner are all incredibly skilled and professional, both in customer service and working with dogs. Sarah and Jacob, both personal heroes of mine, have taken the time an effort to get to know my guy as he has grown. As a Great Pyrenees, my dog isn't one to show affection and he treats them like his own parents.Casey always welcome us with a smile and my boys tail cannot stop wagging when he sees her. She treats him like the baby that he is and I so appreciate that!Micheala is always willing to answer questions and share how my dogs day was. She always asks me about my life and really created a relationship with me. Christina, the manager, is extremely professional and caring for both the dogs and their parents. In times of emergency, she has always welcomed my dog to stay the night and follows up within the next few days.I didn't mention everyone because I don't have the space but this place is golden. They have watched my dog grow up with me, shared my hardships, and most importantly given me advice. They have become my dogs family and friends. My 1 year old husky mix has been going here at least once a week for daytime play and socialization for about a year now. We occasionally use their boarding services, and my dog sometimes requires special additives to her food and meds . I have to say, the staff is excellent at keeping up with each client's requirements. Everyone knows my dog by name. The most telling observation about this place is how excited my dog is when when we arrive! Tail wagging, play lunging, and overall jubilation!
