Completely satisfied with Pro-Photo Booth & DJ's. We came across there company through Google Maps and were not sure if we would be happy with them. However, as soon as I requested there quotes and availability they responded emails with professionalism and speed. I appreciate how responsive they were either in emails, text, or phone calls. It is hard to find this anywhere. I would totally recommend them to anybody - family, friend and co-workers. They have different packages you can select from. It is also important for others to know that they work with you - meaning, they are flexible and compromise to what works best for you! Their communication skills are adequate. Their professionalism and expertise were evident from start to finish, arriving early to set-up and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The music selection was top-notch, and they seamlessly incorporated all of our requested songs. They definitely kept the party and dance floor going all night long. The up-lighting was a great touch and they had the best DJ booth set-up I've ever seen. We used Pro-Photo booth services for my daughter's 11th birthday this past weekend and it was amazing. Everything from the easy booking process to the seamless set up, the whole time I experienced nothing but great service. Myke was very detailed with the services for using the Photobooth (as I asked a lot of questions -his responses were always so quick!) and what we would expect from the actual event. I researched many vendors for Photobooths but what drew me to them was the customized props and the customized photo strip. The girls loved the wide selection of props, walking down the red carpet and then having the three poses photographed. It is clear that Myke and Mayra have done many events as the set up was very quick, and they moved the girls along taking loads and loads of photos. They were also diligent making sure the girls sanitized after using the props! I loved getting the USB at the end of the night to see all the funny photos the girls took. Myke was extremely professional and personable. He was a pleasure to work with from the moment when we spoke on the phone to the end of our event. We used him as a dj for our baby shower and explained that we wanted chill out music the people can mingle to but can vibe to as well and sent a sample playlist with that style. We loved the personalization of signs, the accommodations of being bilingual, the variety of props, and there prompt service. DJ Myke is amazing!! He DJ/ MC'ed my baby's 1st birthday party, which was challenging because we had a mix of people: small children, friends who are my age, and friends and family who are my parents' age. Myke played songs to please everyone-- Baby Shark, songs from the 90's and 2000's, and Bollywood dance songs. He also fixed technical errors we ran into playing a video of the baby's first year on the restaurant's plasma TV. (I was so grateful because I had worked on that video for so long). The services offered by Pro-Photo Booth for my daughter's Sweet 16 were PHENOMENAL. They were very courteous and professional and did their job well. They arrived early, set up was done seamlessly, and the customized props made my daughter feel extra VIP. They helped with prop suggestions when the kids (and even some of the adults) wanted to take pics but didn't know what to pick.
