Great gym. Very laid back, and chill. That's what I personally look for in a gym. I don't have people staring at me, or people waiting for me to finish so they can use the equipment. Smoothie bar is king. Thumbs up!

I love this place! Â The staff here is very professional and knowledgable while also being approachable. Â This gym is exactly the right size being small enough that you feel at home and have help if necessary and large enough that there are classes to attend and all the equipment you need. Â Equipment and locker rooms are always kept clean and fresh towels are available to use. I did Inversion Yoga today for the first time at Pro Dynamic Fitness! OMG! It was  amazing on so many levels.  I walked into the gym today feeling nervous because of the lower back pain I was having.  I can honestly tell you I walked out of the gym feeling NO PAIN!!!!! What an amazing private gym, and definitely worth 5 star rating. I was in Houston for medical for my mom and tried several "big box" gyms for a 7-10 day membership but they would not let me due to no local address. This gym will let out of town people work out based on their needs. Awesome staff, Chris goes above and beyond in helping and making you feel at home. It's  a small family friendly feel but has up to date equipment  and everything you need. Super clean, great restrooms and showers! My only regret, not signing up for the personal training special while in town! More...

I really enjoy going to this gym to work out. A true family run business and they are so nice. Â Chris always makes me feel so welcome when I walk through the door. Â I have seen some real body transformations that some members have achieved from their personal training sessions with Donovan. Â Amazing. You can tell both the trainer and trainee are vested in good outcomes. Â It requires dedication on both ends! Â Very inspiring.I love the classes that I take. I absolutely love being a member of pro dynamic fitness!!The zumba classes are phenomenal and they are starting up plenty of interesting classes such as yoga, "sculpt n burn", and "butts and guts". Pro dynamic fitness is fairly new, with just purchased equipment, clean environment, and a friendly staff.You should definitely give this place a chance!! More...
