What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish is any Cajun or creole dish! I was born and raise in Lafayette, Louisiana which is the heart of Cajun country.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I’m always looking for opportunities to create something new or try a dish I’ve never made before. So I’m always picking the brains of my clients to see if they are willing to live on the edge also. I want my clients to feel special.
What do you love most about your job?
I love serving others! I love helping relieve the stress of others with the services we provide. I also love providing good food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always wanted to be like my father, who is a business owner. I’ve always felt incomplete working jobs. I’m always thinking of ways to create my own, which plays into my desire to create from scratch cuisine.
