What do you love most about your job?
I love helping to develop other leaders because they have a direct impact on employee's job satisfaction. Happy leaders, happy employees!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I experienced too many bad leaders and thought it has to be better. There were a few times in my life were I experienced a high-performing team and I want to share that knowledge on how to build that with others.

I didn't really need to make any adjustments as many of my clients can work with me remotely even before the pandemic.
