Last night we did a remote cooking class to celebrate a birthday for my wife. Chef Elizabeth and Sydney were WONDERFUL!! Sydney and Chef Elizabeth made everything so easy! This place is amazing!! During quarantine there's been nothing to do but this place cures your boredom. They have virtual cooking classes that you can attend and make amazing meals at home. They have amazing recipes that they teach you which are perfect for some family friends or a special someone. If you ever wanted to cook but was always anxious if it turns out good or not. This place has your covered! They teach with a lot of details and there recipes are very simple to follow. If you're the type of person that is lazy and always order food online (myself included) you should know it starts to become quite pricy especially delivery fee. Try and check this place out for a new way to learn how to cook it makes you feel like an actually chef. Overall this place is fanatic and I love it very much. Prep is the place!!! Where else can you spend a few hours learning or improving your skills, be entertained and enlightened by exceptionallytalented chefs and have an AMAZING meal? Â Best date/friend/family time spent ever!Prep has done a great job shifting the process to keep everyone COVID safe and still very involved and hands on.My teens have loved taking classes and now they have no excuse not to help in the kitchen! PREP is a fantastic store! They have a variety of kitchen tools but the real stand out is the classes. We have taken many classes there including bread baking, Thai cooking, and a variety of other classes. All of the classes we have taken there have been great. There are several chefs teaching different classes each month and we have been uniformly happy with each class we have taken.The most recent one we did was "Steak and Potatoes" with Chef Rahm Fama. The food was delicious, the recipes are great and easy to follow, and Chef Rahm is a fantastic instructor. He brings a huge amount of energy and enthusiasm to the class, and his love of the subjects make every class he teaches fun. More...

Great experience! Â Attended several cooking classes since Covid. Although they are less hands on due to safety precautions, we had a great time. Chef Rahm Fama is entertaining while teaching you valuable new cooking tips. Highly recommended. More...

Cannot say enough goo things about thos cooking school. We took our second class with Rham last night. It was so much fun and despite COVID19 precautions I feel like we learned a ton and am ready to try making dim sum at home. We will be back many more times!

My favorite place to take cooking classes! Chef Elizabeth is the best! She is relaxed and super informative, not pretentious or intimidating no matter what level of a home cook you are. She clearly has a passion for both cooking AND helping others. I have learned a lot from her, including how to relax when entertaining. The information she offers is science based as well which makes the classes exceptionally educational. I would recommend taking a class from Elizabeth - or 5 as we have! UPDATE: The Thai cooking class was great: plenty beautiful food...hands-on, lively, and informative. So glad I was able to give Prep another shot. It was absolutely worth it.

I've taken quite a few classes here and really enjoyed them all - the atmosphere is always casual and fun and I always learn a lot. Â The instructors are all great but Chef Elizabeth is my favorite. Â I took her Learn to Cook series, her herbs/oils/vinegars class, Instant Pot class, and Healthy Eating series. Â Her recipes are delicious and easy to make at home, and she's really fun to cook with. Â I've cleaned up my diet with the skills I learned at Prep, and cooking has become a really enjoyable hobby. I just finished a 3-week series of healthy eating with  Chef Elizabeth.  She was very engaging and gave a lot of detaIled instruction. There was plenty of hands-on cooking. She engaged everyone and paid special attention to students who needed extra confidence. I loved her recipes!!! She was great about making sure we tasted the raw veggies before we cooked them. She taught me about veggies I always stayed away from  because I didn't  have a clue about what to do with them. During this  3-week class I learned that she was also teachIng a class on Herbs, oils & vinegars. I jumped at the chance to take another of her classes and she did not disappoint.
