We called Art the Saturday before Memorial Day, he showed up at the time he promised, quickly assessed the situation, shared his recommendations in a non-pressure, consultative way and fixed the problem in 90 minutes. I had a slab leak and had another company come over to try and detect the leak they made a bunch of holes in my walls and couldn't find the leak Art from preferred plumbing came over and located the leak in a matter of minutes explained my options to me and I ultimately ended up hiring him to reroute my hot water line over head he got it done the same day and even worked late to make sure we would have hot water that night I would definitely hire him for any of my future plumbing needs
