About

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Addictions Counselor, and EMDR-trained therapist, I incorporate various styles of therapy into my practice. My therapeutic orientation often leans towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with incorporation of mindfulness practice and a strengths-based perspective. With the understanding that everyone is unique, I do try to tailor my approach to match the needs, goals and personal styles of the individual. My approach attempts to foster hope, as we seek to improve personal well-being, handle difficulties and find a healthy life balance.
