Posh Bridal truly makes the journey of looking for and trying on wedding dresses an extremely special experience. Janell and Kat took such great care of me leading up to the wedding. Working with Janell, I customized pieces of my wedding dress and ensemble. I am still absolutely in love with the dress and got so many compliments on my wedding day. I got married in Lancaster city and Janell delivered my dress, veil and accessories the morning of my wedding all pressed and beautiful and ready to go! Another awesome thing Posh Bridal does is Style Down the Aisle - where brides whose wedding dresses have just been delivered get to come in and have their hair and makeup done real quick by a professional, then get to try on accessories with their own dress!! I was so pleased with my experience with POSH. My sister who lives out of town about 2 hours, found her dream dress here. The designer is incredibly talented and brilliant in her field . I would not recommend any other bridal shop over POSH. They were also very receptive to any questions we had. Even after my sister's wedding, Janell continued to go above an beyond for us. I would give her customer service 10 stars if I could but I will have to settle for 5 stars. If you're looking for a bridal gown, POSH is a MUST! You will not regret it. More...

From the moment I walked into POSH, I knew I didn’t want to search anywhere else for a dress. The girls and Janelle really made me comfortable from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left my last fitting. The tailoring was perfect, and they even added a sash onto my dress to complete the look. They delivered my dress to the venue on our wedding day with a sweet little note. Had an awesome experience at Posh! I fell in love with a dress I saw online, but couldn’t find anyone who had it in their store available to try on. The ladies at Posh were SO helpful and actually put two gowns together that they had in their store to create a similar look! Ended up ordering the dress I saw online even though I had technically never tried it on, and I LOVE it. Posh Bridal created the most amazing dress shopping experience that every bride should get to experience! From the time of making my appointment to the day of, their team provided me with exemplary customer service. Amanda was my personal consultant the day I went dress shopping, and she was absolutely awesome! She made the appointment so personal and fun. Her sole focus was on me and finding me the perfect dress for my big day. I appreciated her asking me how I felt in each dress I tried on and what I liked and would change about each one. These questions really helped narrow down the search and helped her pull the perfect dresses. This was the first and last place I looked for a gown. I am so happy I said yes to the dress! If you thought the service was amazing throughout your appointment, wait till you say yes!! I brought my mom and my maid of honor and they cannot stop talking about this wonderful experience.
