Hi My name is Portia Franklin, I am a 48 year old young looking mom of a 9 year old son on the spectrum, and an 8 year old daughter who struggles with ADD,I am launching an amazing program to help families restore and heal through the chaos caused by Covid. I am in training as a strategic interventionist since the training helped me close 10 million in real estate sales and help me help an investor secure reliable tenants in his attached rental on his property . I have served in the real estate arena behind the scenes through property management our family business for 5 years being client support and for 2 years as a licensed realtor I helped families move closer and heal through my real estate selling and real estate buying services.
Because of the why's that lead to home loss and the need to move for many families , I took on getting a certification to have motivation to create results for clients as I went through some trauma all Covid caused . With this field of study, I got through the loss of my mom ,my husband breaking his leg , and the drama with the back and forth on distance learning, I learned how to power through and have empathy. As a result of learning theses strategies I was able to help close over 10 million is real estate sales. Although I got a fraction of the commission deals where still closed at the height of trauma. The interventions I learned saved our income so we did not loos business or our home.
Something else happened I also learned how to on a fundamental level relate to my clients and have empathy ,its what connected us, I was going through what they went through and my commitment was to advocate for them because I understood their pain. This work gave me purpose in the middle of a hell of pain.

I am not a coach yet I am a coach in training for certification, to be clear I am a facilitator, I can create a career with what I learned and help you build your fortune 500 brand as I worked and studied marketing, and I can help you give back through helping you leverage strategic resources and interventions to solve the new challenges that have emerged from the national crisis we went through.
