Unprofessional, unprepared, and clueless
Well after the debacle of them having a receptionist who didn't know what they were doing, I gave them another chance.
My GF reached out to Tina make an appointment. Everything was handled and Sadie was going to get groomed on Saturday.
Fast forward to Saturday. I waited about five minutes saying hello and no one came out. Finally someone came out from the grooming section. I told him that I had my dog to be groomed. Apparently, according to him, there's a grooming door and I should go there. Note there is no door labeled grooming. I started walking around the building because when someone tells you to go to a door, you figured they'd be there. No, the guy who told me about this door opens the door while I'm half way down the end of the building.
He leads me through some narrow corridors into a room with who I guess is my dog's groomer. It looked like I was taking my dog to a room with no table, little set up,and a guy with piercings and tattoos.
Finally, the receptionist shows up and she's surprised that I'm back in the grooming area and asks around why I'm there. The receptionist took me back out front, and low and behold our dog was not even listed for today! Great job Tina and Poochville! Because of the fly by night vibe you've given me and made my dog nervous and scared, we will not be bringing our dog back ever. Yall were once a good place and now everything seems to have fallen apart and no one knows what is going on.
I went to pick up my dog, and I was made to pay before I even saw my dog. I don't know about you, but when I get a haircut I'm allowed to see the job before I pay. It looks like since my dog wasn't on the schedule (but should have been) they were concerned about getting her out the door as quick as possible. Previously I would not get a call for hours after she was done being groomed. This time, an hour. It also smells like she wasn't bathed but I can't confirm if I was charged for that as the receptionist seems to be more interested in the computer and getting back to not helping people and NEVER OFFERED A RECEIPT!
I'm sure I'll get a response on this several months after I post this like I did with my last negative review of here. Gee, glad to see you are concerned about making things right in a timely fashion.
In short, don't waste your time with this place. The signage is peeling and worn and their 'play area' looks like a construction zone. If you are a normal client, they love you and your money. Anything else, you're kinda screwed.

My 11 year old dog has bad seperation anxiety which made it hard for me and my husband to go anywhere for the shortest amount of time. But thankfully, we found Poochville and the hospitality everyone had was something i've never seen and was so grateful for. It was my first time taking him to a doggy daycare and I cried like any parent would leaving their child at school or daycare. Had a wonderful first time experience with Poochville for our sweet Hank. Â Hank was well cared for and on the last day of boarding received a full bath with nail trimming and the works. Â In 4 years he has NEVER smelled so good!!!!! Â He came home clean, happy, healthy and tired. Â Tina, the owner, was wonderful and is very hands on in her company. Â You get the feeling you are leaving your loved ones in the hands of family here. Â And HUGE bonus---the fact that you can pick up your pet 7 days/week is out of this WORLD fantastic. Great place for my pups. Easy to get to. Decent prices. Never had an issue with service or my dogs being sick. Boarded them for over a week with zero negative issues when we returned.

This place is amazing. I've toured over 15 Dog daycares and tried a few and nothing compares to this place. The owner Tina is by far the best owner that I've met. She truly is a dog lover and is almost always there interacting with the customers and dogs. My puppy is so happy to go there and has been extremely happy when I pick her up. Every time she sees Tina and the staff she gets excited.One thing to note about this place is they also understand dogs needs unlike a lot of these cattle herds. Each dog is placed within a group and temperament that they thrive in. Along with that, they're kept in smaller groups so they do not get stressed out and overwhelmed. We have brought our dog (45lb) here for grooming several times. They always do a great job and the services are better/more affordable than the chain alternatives. You can tell the owner is very passionate about her business and it's mission. Our dog is always in a great mood when we pick him up and he's normally a bit nervous/shy. I don't even bother with other facilities. I have gotten a call back even when I didn't leave a message, they are very thorough and intentional. More...

Pros:- i like how flexible the daycare is. As it is now, I don't need to call ahead to schedule a day for my dogs. - they have a multi dog/ multi day package which helps on costs when you have two dogs - they're super close to where I live- there is someone watching them and they do care for the dogs well- They separate dogs based on size/energy level/ temperament Cons:- they rotate dogs inside/outside. So the dogs aren't out as much as I like. My dogs (2 shelties) were never really tired when I came to pick them up. My dogs personally just need a lot more running then that. - my dogs smelled a bit chemically whenever I picked them up? Not sure if it's the cleaner or if I'm just sensitive to the spray they used Overall it's a great place! They enjoy the time they're there and I like how easily I can drop them off before work. We were nervous about boarding our beloved pugs for the first time but Tina made it a wonderful experience. The boarding facilities are nice with individual rooms for the dogs. I can't say enough things about Tina and her team at Poochville! They are genuinely interested in our pets well being and have created such a wonderful environment for them. I love this place. They are so loving, to people as well as their fur babies. I am always happy with her groom and the price is reasonable. They really listen and try to do whatever makes you happy. I cannot say enough good things about this daycare and the people who work there! My little guy LOVES other dogs, but is afraid of other people, so it's been hard to find the right place for him. However, they are so kind and patient with him, he now loves going to daycare! Their space is beautiful and very inviting and I love that they don't keep the dogs crated and locked up all day. Probably one of the cutest puppy places I've ever been! Dash had a great experience. Salon took Dash in last minute in preparation for his pawty tomorrow. He was completed within the timeframe given and topped off with a cute holiday bandana. Groomer missed a few minor spots but we would say we had a great first experience overall. Would come again. Tried this place out today for grooming and was very impressed. Everyone that works here is super friendly and professional, the groomer did a fantastic job, and the facilities are very clean and don't look like your typical boarding/ daycare facility. Thank u Tina,Dan,and all the poochville family!! My husband and I are truck drivers and we had to leave our precious baby Starburst for a week as we started with a new company. We hadn't been separated from her since we  adopted her from Dallas pets alive, so we didn't just want to leave her with just anyone... Tina was super sweet, caring, and very understanding ,and my calls were always answered when I called to check on our little girl. Tina also went above and beyond to make us all feel welcomed and part of the family! I wouldn't trust our dogs anywhere else! I was nervous to leave the pups as they are used to friends/family watching them but not a daycare / kennel place. Poochville is not a kennel. The dogs have their own rooms and are out playing during the day. They are only in their rooms for maybe 6 hours at night. The rest is a giant party! They had a blast. Our older dog likes a calmer setting and it was great for her too. She just followed Tina around the owner. Tina founded Cody's Friends Rescue and so she gets dogs. She is patient, loving and kind. She understands your dogs needs and how scary it is to leave them when you go away. I'm so glad our pups have Tina and Poochville! More...

Sheila did an amazing job grooming my dog Piper and foster pup Sugar, and even worked us in last minute! Â They were both so soft and pretty afterwards (and Sugar's shedding was definitely less). Â Their cute bandanas and smiles were adorable when I picked them up. Will definitely be returning with my babies again! My two pups love Poochville and the Angels who work there. I have two rescued dogs/children through Cody's Friends and they howl with delight when we ask "Do you wana go Poochville? !" They boarded for two weeks and was a great experience. We've done daily day care, always a great experience. -I moved here almost 2yrs ago with my Pitt mix and had no idea where to start on finding a doggy daycare. You hear so many horror stories from daycares and groomers and I am your typical over protective furmommy with anxiety on who is watching my babies-About a year ago we adopted our Shepard mix from Cody's Rescue. -Our Shepard mix is a real shy nervous boy and needs extra patience. I was ecstatic when I heard Tina from Cody's opened Poochville!!!! The sweetest caring patient staff and owner. Pups have already been there for a full grooming + daycare. Just picked them up from their second daycare... and they couldn't be happier!
