We went to their first "date night" cooking class tonight. Absolutely wonderful! Chef Courtney was great and all the support staff we nice as well. The food was delicious and we left fat and happy! Will definitely do this again in the future and might even put my daughter in one of their summer kids camps. We had an amazing experience. As part of a special request program, 15 young adults with Down syndrome cooked chicken piccata, cauliflower au gratin & dessert too. They gained great skills and had so much fun. My son can’t wait for next month! The chefs were awesome - very prepared, patient & having high expectations for what our group could accomplish.
