I have my bachelor’s in Digital Cinematography, which we studied composition, Lighting, and most importantly professionalism! The secret to taking a great photograph is not the photographer or even the camera, it is all about the lighting and how it is used!
You can have the best and most expensive camera in the world and still take really bad photos if you have bad lighting!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What do you want to create? Photo? Video? or Both?
Do you have a time frame in mind?
Do you know exactly what it is that you want or are you looking for some inspiration?
What can I do to help make the process easier for you?
If we are taking photos - How many do you want to be delivered fully edited? where is the location? How many people will be in the photo? How long will we plan for the photoshoot?
If we are creating a video - How long is the final edit? What type of video is it? What mood do you want to make it? How long do you plan for the recording? Will I be editing? or will I be delivering a raw video?
What do you love most about your job?
I get to do what I love doing and that is the best part of my job because taking photos and creating videos makes me happy. You will never meet a photographer that hates their job, it just doesn't happen. we have to love what we do in order to make the best artistic choices. We create art so what's there not to love about my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been a pretty independent person and I loved having the opportunity to express my creativity. As a professional videographer and photographer working for big companies, I find that often, we are suppressed in our creative thoughts. I knew that I have the skills, the knowledge, the experience, and the schooling to justify taking the leap to find happiness. The only way to continue loving what I do and being proud of what I create, I knew that I had to start my own company, to hopefully make others happy with my work. I have been happy ever since and I plan to continue making others happy as well!
Why should our clients choose you?
I can't just say that I'm a better photographer because I would be foolish to think that or that there's no one better than me. In fact, I am certain that the majority of the photographers on this website are fantastic photographers and videographers, we all are in our own ways, great at what we do! However, I feel that I am a very easy person to work with, I feel that families are able to feel happy and natural with me which will always show in the photos. I'm flexible on my scheduling and pricing, I like to work with everyone to make sure that they are happy. I'm hoping that once I start getting more feedback from clients on this website that everyone will be able to see exactly what kind of person I am.
