We have used PikNicks services a few times for different occasions. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chef Nick and Miss Emily are so accommodating, service is excellent, so easy to work with, very budget friendly. He can fix/ cook anything to your liking. Took all the work out of our hands so we were able to visit with family and friends and not have to worry about anything. We highly recommend Chef Nick. You won’t be disappointed. What’s your signature dish?
I love to cook classically french cuisine. Anything from fresh fish with butter sauce to fresh meat with a nice demi-glace.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to understand the type of event we are cooking for, the number of guests, if there are any special dietary restrictions from guests. The budget matters but we can usually always figure out a delicious menu for a reasonable price.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to create with the clients and deliver what they expect. I enjoy creating work for my employees and teaching them new methods and ways of cooking.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Years of experience and learning different methods and ways of catering. I wanted to beable to bring a differnt gastronomy to the area.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have 20+ years of culinary experience in many differnt cuisines, and several culinary degrees. I have cooked in differnt regions of the United States.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
PicNick's is a fully vaccinated company. PicNick's wears masks during our entire cooking/delivery process to avoid contact.
