Thank you so much for organizing such a wonderful trip for us. Everything was just great and we all had an absolutely marvelous time! There were no hitches and the various guides were all so nice. The trek was amazing, though very hard!, but we made it up over the pass:-) We even had good weather almost the whole time except for the first part of the trek.

We also really thank you guys for getting our luggage when we were in Puno - that was obviously not your fault that the airline lost it! But, it would have been really sad for us to have had to miss the boat tour on Lake Titicaca to go back to Juliaca to pick up suitcases (that was also my birthday, so it was a really good present to finally getting the suitcases that night:-)

We will highly recommend you to anyone who wants to go and visit Peru. I actually just sent our itinerary off to one of my hiking friends.

My friend and I had an amazing time in Peru. Thanks to Best Peru Tours! �They set up everything. Transportation, accommodation and all the tours for a great price. It was a hassle free adventure. The agent the I spoked to kept me updated and when my flight was cancelled she was on the phone with me trying to fix my itinerary. I want to give a shout out to Paola! � Peru is a great country itself but I think what made it leave a mark on me is the Peruvians who made it memorable...the tour guides, drivers and hotel staff. Best Peru Tours customized our 15 day tour for our party of 6 to perfection! Fabiola and Julie were wonderful in the office and came through with a bonus trip to the Salt Mine and Moray Terraces on our final day! One of the best excursions of our trip! Our local guide Edwardo Tejada for Nazca/Paracas was excellent and gave a wonderful perspective. Maggie and our driver for Arequippa/Colca Canyon to Puno went above and beyond our expectations. In Cusco Juan really came through when we had an unexpected medical emergency and Marco, our final day guide, did not disappoint! They all went out of their way to make our time with them memorable and they fulfilled any request we may have had.The many vehicles we used including Cruz del Sur and Bus Touristico put our Canadian services to shame! The tour guide on the bus from Puno to Cusco was extremely helpful as was the bus hostess. Our Mini Van's were in excellent condition with very friendly, helpful drivers. The domestic flights were on time and the airplanes first rate. From the moment we arrived until the final second we went through customs for our departure home, there was always someone looking out for us! We found that the Hotels were a little inconsistent and we would make a change in Mira Flores and Cusco but all the others met or exceeded our expectations.Never the less, the customer service at all locations was wonderful. It was a stress-free 10-day vacation! At every stop we had a guide pick us up and not once were we disappointed! To anybody looking into hiring a company to organize a trip to Peru, I highly recommend Best Peru Tours. This trip was our first experience booking an organized tour and the service that Best Peru Tours, Riverview, Florida provided was extraordinary. We chose Best Peru Tours based on the high ratings and positive comments by other reviewers. When you travel with them, you definitely realize how they have deservedly earned these ratings. Their professionalism goes beyond of you can imagine. Their customer service standards are totally oriented to what the customer wants and needs. Maria Lujan was the agent that assist me to customize my trip. Besides all the information pertinent to the itinerary, her emails always included additional historical and cultural documents to know more about Peru, something I really valued.
Machu Picchu and Cusco was the main of objective of our trip. Thanks to Maria’s recommendation of visiting the Sacred Valley of the Incas we did not miss the opportunity of seeing one of the most beautiful places in the world! She also worked with us to add one day in Lima before we returned home. My family was very satisfied with all the hotel selections in our package. They all included delicious breakfasts, were very clean and comfortable accommodations and located in very safe areas. all the staff members in the hotels were so friendly and helpful. We need to mention that our contact agents in Cusco, Juan Zarate and Manuel in Lima took good care of us. They were always punctual, briefed us on all daily trips; they very cordial and friendly. Same applies to our tour guide for the Sacred Valley tour, unfortunately cannot remember his name. His love of history and Andean heritage turn this fun day in a history lesson that made us want to learn more about the Incas. We loved to have a personal guide, Patricia, to ourselves for our Machu Picchu visit; she was very knowledgeable and friendly.
When I said that their professionalism goes beyond of what you expect, trust me. Let me let you why. I booked our International flight with American Airlines. The flight from Dallas/ FT scheduled to leave at 10:20 p.m. to Lima was delayed until the following day at 8:30 a.m. AA excuses for the delay were first “waiting for 12 passengers” and the second one was “the pilot left due to a family emergency called he received” and they were looking for another pilot. It never happened! We had been inside the plane for almost 1.5 hours at this point! They cancelled the flight and rescheduled it for the following day. Therefore we knew we were going to miss our connection flight to Cusco. I called the BPT emergency number to notify them of the situation so they could alert the person waiting for us in Lima that we were not going to make it until the afternoon. Keep in mind this is past midnight, really early hours!! They got back to me immediately. Maria Lujan trying to come up with a solution so we could continue with our trip. She kept in touch with me during the entire ordeal from those early hours in Dallas/FT, planning the next steps until we finally made it in our hotel in Cusco that evening. I would also like to extend our gratitude to the person who assisted us in Lima that afternoon; without his help our trip might have taken a different turn.
This trip was a family vacation fulfilling my husband’s life dream of visiting Machu Picchu and thanks to BPT and Maria Lujan our stay in Peru was incredible. Peru is a country that has too much to see and offer. We know we want to come back and we will organize our future trips with this company. More...

I went with my whole family , from the moment we arrived in Lima a driver was waiting to take us to our hotel , the hotel in Lima was awesome and the best price seems to be obtained by best Peru tours. The same experience on our trip to Cusco with great accommodations in urubamba , our contact there from bpt made sure all our requests were met but was not intrusive . We fell safe and could enjoy our trip and everything was delivered as promised . We had a once in a lifetime trip and would like to repeat it sometime soon . More...

Best Peru Tours arranged a 6 day tour to Lima, Cusco, and Machu Picchu, including air travel from San Francisco, which was an add-on to another tour to Galapagos. Aris Ramos worked very hard and did an outstanding job of optimizing flights to and from the US to Peru and Ecuador with a careful eye to cost and timing of arrival and departure to fit the Galapagos tour. The level of support and quality of tours in Peru was over the top. They met every flight and every tour to be sure that we made it to our hotels and things were going well. Every day, we received an overview of the itinerary from BPT staff. The quality of the tour guides was consistently excellent, each having encyclopedic knowledge of the sites we visited. Hotels and hotel staff were outstanding (we purchased the hotel upgrade) with excellent breakfasts included. If there was a disappointment on the tour, it was Machu Picchu, which, though interesting, was over crowded, no fault of BPT. I am glad that we spent more time touring the Cusco area, where there are many archeological sites.I would certainly use Best Peru Tours again and give them my highest recommendation. More...
