7 months now and cant complain yet about management.  Any issues I have are with other tenants and location of my specific apartment.  (Catty corner to dog park and secondary pool so can get noisy) Feel safe here,, haven't heard or seen anything sketchy around so far.  Otherwise besides people crashing into the entrance median or complex gates it's ok.  LolAlright,,maybe one gripe..   my parking space is across the visitor lot.  Rarely does this particular covered section get any use.   Sits empty cuz the 6 or so people designated there would rather just park uncovered and within friendlier walking distance of our building. Cute and quiet little place to grab delicious coffee! They have a wide variety of flavor options if you're craving something special, but more importantly good coffee to start with. I love the little library/bookshop feel inside and keep meaning to just go in there one day and read and sip for a while. Instead though, I am usually stopping on my way home from the park across Valley View Pkwy. There is also a car wash at the Terrible's in this plaza. Awesome family owned coffee shop on Southern Highlands Pkwy & Valley View with a drive thru for convenience!Decided to grab breakfast & coffee from here before work this morning. I've driven past it so many times and never stopped in so this morning was my first time. The owner was working the counter and was really friendly. She offered suggestions on what to order based on what I usually order at other coffee places. Milk substitutes include: soy, almond, & coconut milk - yay!I grabbed 3 drinks: iced nutella latte, iced hazelnut latte, & an iced chai latte along with a BTLA on a croissant.The BTLA was phenomenal and I'd totally order it again. I'd probably consider getting it on a bagel or toast next time because it wasn't the easiest to eat at work without it flaking all over my desk. It's technically a lunch item so it comes with a bag of Lay's potato chips & a pickle.Drinks were yummy. I noticed the lattes can come hot, iced, or blended. I love this family owned coffee shop. The drinks are always amazing. The staff is always helpful and sweet, they always make me feel part of their family. Came here to grab some coffee. Saw that they had some sandwiches available. Asked for a BLT hold the lettuce extra bacon on white bread and they did. Also asked for some Nutella on the side to go with my chocolate chip muffin and they did! Basically any odd request they fulfilled. And the sandwich and muffin were objectively good. Errands, errands, nonstop errands but someone has to do it. Seeking sweet caffeine to breathe that breath of life yet again into me it's time to perk up. Luckily, I happen to be close to a coffee shop that will Perk me right up! This little coffee cafe is out of the way for me but I love to explore some new coffee. Shall we!!By luck that I found this quaint little place in the far South Valley of Las Vegas. About a mile or so from the M Hotel and Casino, off Dean Martin is Perk. The cafe has a huge outside lobby area patio perfect for relaxing with the puppies. The inside lobby of the cafe has ample seating and generous space to catch up with friends, work, your, that last chapter of your book that needs a read. The atmosphere is so relaxing it screams small local coffee flavors. This little cafe would fit nicely in any corner in Portland or Seattle. Needing some afternoon cafe I am happy that I had the chance to recharge here both mentally and physically.Let's talk, why we are here? Coffee! The menu is hand written with color choices, one for each drink. The menu has cute quirky little names for the drinks on the menu too. The smallest details have been outlined and present leaving nothing to the imagination of "what's" in the coffee. The first drink that I ordered was the Strawberry Date Night iced. This coffee has strawberry and chocolate mixed together with vanilla. It comes with two shots of espresso and your choice of milk. The name is cute and with no mystery of what's inside that makes it titled Strawberry Date Night; pleasantly surprised at how smooth the coffee and strawberry flavors are together . First for a strawberry and coffee mix that is not blended. It's worth the price, time, and the quality is excellent.This trip was only a simple stop for coffee, while I'm not a regular here since this coffee destination is not close to me. It's on the other side of the interstate, I do recommend it. The coffee is way above ordinary and it's all made by the baristas with loving hands that enjoy bringing caffeine bliss to fellow coffee fiends. The staff here was very nice and friendly. They are constantly busy, since they only have one individual staff member that seems to run the front counter and drive thru flawlessly. The vibes as he made the coffee were incredible with no negativity at all. He was busy too and kept up his spirits as he worked. It must be that liquid passion that he's brewing that keeps him prancing on his toes.After several visits here over the past few months I have grown to enjoy Perk. My puppies are able to chill on the patio, when it is early in the morning of course. When it's about eight in the am, it's too hot for anything to exist outside truly with summer heat rolling in here. Thankful for air conditioning, puppies go home to sleep while it's round two for coffee for their mama. That wonderful barista and cashier can make a mean quad cafe au lait. It's so smooth that it does not even need any sugar. The foam is a lovely little lightness that makes for better sippin. Anyone looking for the perfect chai, this is the place to be. I'm telling ya. Vacationing in Vegas & stopped in for some morning coffee. Now, I don't "do" scones but the super friendly owner said "I'm known for my scones" so I figured I'd try one. Ok, WTH! QUITE LITERALLY one of THE BEST breakfast pastries I've ever put in my mouth. Certainly never had a scone like these, not even close. We ordered 4 more to take home, even waited 20min for them to bake more. I don't wait to get into clubs, I don't wait 20 min to get back in the pool after eating, so I CERTAINLY WOULDNT wait 20 min for sum scones unless they were THAT next level.The coffees on point & the barista's & the owner are upbeat, friendly, and hilarious. Just a great energy & positive vibe. We've been here 3 days now & have come in every morning for our coffee & scones. This will for sure be our forever Vegas coffee spot. More...

I've lived hear almost two years. These two years have been AMAZING.The leasing office has been super organized and helpful ever since my tour and every problem I've had with my apartment has been quickly handled. Cheryl has been a joy to work with: professional and prompt. Everything you are looking for.The amenities are beautiful for what you pay for. The gym is unreal. Plenty of cardio machines if you are interested. And a squat rack that also acts as a bench press and plenty of barbells for me which I love. Many times I've had the whole gym to myself which is hard to beat.The units themselves are beautiful. My friends who come over are always shocked at the stainless steel appliances and how nice the island is. The insulation is amazing as well. In the summer I come back home and don't need to turn on the AC even if I have left it off all day. Same in the winter. Saves a lot of money on utilities.If you get the chance I recommend living here. More...

This is still the best rental property I've ever experienced hands down. I started renting a studio at the property after it opened back in 2015, and had transferred to a 1 bedroom with attached garage over a year ago. Both units have a great layout with nice amenities. My neighbors in both units were always quiet, even being on the first floor. Cheryl rented me my first unit, and has been my go to ever since. My wife and i have a 2 bedroom townhouse with garage and we love it. The rooms are good size with modern appliances. The area is very peaceful and quiet. We have a beautiful heated pool and large hot tub, gas grills and beautiful covered outdoor spaces to enjoy. The girls in the office are very friendly and helpful with anything you need answered. We moved in in June this year on a 3 month lease and have extended for another 3 months . The property is beautiful with awesome amenities . The gym is all top notch equipment and the pool is resort style . The apartments are spacious with stainless steel appliances and it's dog friendly even with a doggy park. My lease ended February this year and I have to say this has been the best complex I've lived at. If it weren't for me possibly transferring to Arizona earlier in the year I would have stayed there. Place is quiet, awesome layout, had an attached garage, and management office was always helpful and understanding when there were any issues. I would definitely rent here again. I work in the strip so the drive to work is always 10 minutes, maybe 15 with traffic (which was rare) so no complains there. The only thing I didn't get was the $75 cable fee, I still payed for Cox so I felt like I was spending $75 for nothing. It wasn't really explained in the beginning, all we had to do was connect a cable from the wall to our TV and we had cable? I could have saved a few bucks there with Cox if that was the case lolAside from that, great complex, very quiet, neighbors were very friendly, conveniently located near the 15, and a great managing staff. I have been living here since Jan 17' and I love it here. Everyone in the office is nice and always helpful. Jason, (the property manager) will take care of any problem you have immediately. He throws parties for us every few months like, movies in the park, taco truck day, bbq, etc. The gym has a bunch of new equipment and even personal trainers for hire. (Ask for Cory he's awesome) Anyway, eventually I'm going to buy a house. The only reason I'm not in a rush is because I enjoy living here so much....P.S they have treats in the office. Newer gas station, adequately staffed in the carwash area. I was immediately greeted by an attendant. I chose the middle of the line 11. 00 wash. There was no waiting, pulled right into the wash. OK - here's what's great about this place...  I drove from LA to Vegas to meet family for a mini-vaca.  We have this THING in our family about cars always being clean. ..  I would say it's actually a little nutty honestly.  So as I'm driving into Vegas, I'm worrying on how I'm going to find a car wash.  And then I take an exit - just a few miles from the strip - and find this little bit of heaven in the form of a full-service car wash/gas station/market.  Score!  This is not one of those "DIY" car washes or a generic automated wash system.  There are actual people cleaning and vacuuming the interior of your car.  And the price for a full-service wash was beyond reasonable.   There's even a little patio area where you can sit and return phone calls or enjoy a snack while your car is being tended to.  The only downside for me - it's one of those car washes that require you to drive onto the tracks and - look, I just cannot do that.  I have a car with a large front end and trying to maneuver onto these narrow tracks is not something I do easily - it's like asking me to back into a parking space...  not going to happen.  BUT I was able to convince one of the friendly guys working there to do it for me - and of course, I tipped generously for the extra service!   This will probably become a regular stop on my Vegas itineary. This is my favorite Chevron gas station in town. It's located right off the freeway exit at Cactus, making it super convenient for filling up my tank close to home. Since it's located in a safer part of town, I don't feel like my car is going to get stolen or that a creepy guy is going to start talking to me. Whenever I stop, it's never crowded and I've never had to wait for a pump. It's easy to maneuver your car around the lot if you so happen to get stuck in one of those middle pumps. The ground is clean, and by that I mean that there aren't gas spills with all that kitty litter looking stuff everywhere. The convenient store is stocked well and the employees are friendly enough. They also have a car wash service with employees towel drying your car for an extra fee. I can't say much about the restroom since I try to avoid public restrooms all together. That is all! More...

I have been here for close to 9 months and have never lived somewhere so personal. The entire staff in the front office remembers me, not only who I am but what I do, that I went on a trip, even my apartment number. All the amenities are always clean and functional. Great customer service with a friendly smile. They did a great job on both my vehicles receiving a full service which was only $20 each. I love this new Chevron Pit Stop! I only use Chevron top tier gas so to have one right at the entrance/exit of Cactus is extremely convenient. Gas prices are more than fair and their mini mart has all the selection you could expect from a gas station. My favorite part about it though is the Pit Stop car wash, for less than $15 I get a full detail, inside and out. At first it's what seems to be a normal gas station drive thru car wash but they finish off the rest with a hand dry (and wax if you choose to upgrade) and interior vacuum, wipe down of the console, cup holders, etc. They even use ammonia free glass cleaner on the inside of windows and windshield  (perfect for tinted vehicles) The attendants are very thorough and courteous, and if there is a long line while you're getting gas, you have the option to come back within 48 hours with the same code. They also give you a 48 hour "in case it rains" free wash. All in all, I'm very happy with this Pit Stop. More...
