I initially looked into Fotoboyz a month prior to my event, and the communication was a little inconsistent, both during the initial estimate, as well as during the front-end of graphics design. However, FotoBoyz ended up coming through in the end, and I need to give special thanks to CJ, Graciano, and Will. After my initial rep didn't respond to me, CJ made me feel like a valued customer, answering all of my questions, and making sure the right people were in place to make my event a success. Graciano was the graphics designer I worked with, and his work with customizing my backgrounds turned out great! Finally, Will was the on-site attendant. If you get Will, he will do everything he can to make sure your event is successful. He was enthusiastic throughout the event while in-charge of the green screen experience, and he took pictures throughout the event. He also brought in a speaker from his house to hook up for music when our event was missing a speaker. That is above and beyond service, and I highly recommend requesting Will if you have an event in Boston. He was great!My rating is 5 stars for the ultimate delivery and much of that is thanks to CJ, Graciano, and Will, but I had to knock it down 1 star due to the initial communication in which the first rep that I worked with wasn't very responsive, and caused a little stress a week or two out from my event with nothing firmly in place. In the end, it will depend on the people who are assigned to work with you at Fotoboyz, but I plan on using them for a future event.Finally, a note for bigger groups..for the Green Screen, if you're ordering one for a party that likes to take group pictures, ask them how they can accommodate you. I got the smaller one (better for 1, 2, or 3 people), but I think Will told me that we can ask about a bigger green screen during the estimate if we tend to take group pictures. More...

I had the slow motion booth for my wedding and it was a HIT! Everyone LOVED it. Phil and Mike were extremely responsive and easy to work with. I recently had the pleasure of having FotoBoyz provide their services for a very special fundraiser. They were very professional and accommodating during the many email exchanges regarding the event.
They provided special branding for the photo mirror that I requested. It really made the event pictures very special and memorable. The day of the event, FotoBoyz arrived early and was dressed appropriately for the event (very important). Our guests really enjoyed the photo mirror and the ability to receive the photos with the use of their cell phone or email. The cost of their services were reasonable for the services provided. I would highly recommend FotoBoyz for your event. I look forward to having them for future events.

I'm so happy that I went with FotoBoyz, This company was outstanding from start to finish. I started with Natasha who was diligent about following up and making sure I had the information needed to make an informed decision.
She provided an overview of what to expect and detail information about the services they provide that would enhance my event. Once I booked I was assigned to Randy who sent me background information on what to expect and the visuals for the event. He was amazing!
Lastly, the day of the event which was a "13th birthday for my daughter" we dealt with William. All I can say is WOW! William made the event great. He had everything under control and the best part my guest ENJOYED the party.

I found Fotoboyz online and called Phil who was charming and professional from the start. I loved that I could personalize our photo strips with our names and wedding date. They were very flexible and organized and reasonably priced. The props were fun and my guests all LOVED the booth and everyone was in there all night! They were really generous with extra photo strip prints and I loved the book where guests could write you notes next to their 2nd copies of their photos. We loved reading that the next day. The main thing I would say though is that the photo quality was very poor. They definitely need to update their camera. But they were there on time set up and read, professional and everyone had a great time so that's the most important thing! I would recommend to other couples for their big day! More...

Phil and the entire Fotoboyz team were so amazing! From start to finish throughout the booking process and preparing for my wedding they were very responsive to my communications. The custom template Graciano designed for the photos was a perfect match for our event look and feel. Everyone thought the slomotion booth was a ton of fun and the two operators were professional and fun at the same time. When there was a slight scheduling mix up (do to MY error not theirs!) they bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule and get to our event with plenty of time for my guests to enjoy them. The best part of it all was just as the excitement from our wedding was winding down my flash drive with all the photos and videos arrived in the mail (less than 2 weeks after our wedding). The SloMotion booth was the biggest hit at my wedding. Most of my guests spent more time there making silly videos than they did having the gourmet dinner! I absolutely loved it. Fotoboyz did an AMAZING job to make our son's day very special. We did a casino theme with Poker and Black Jack tables. Many guests, at our party, came up to me during the party to tell me what a great job all the dealers were doing.

Is there a ten star rating Phil and everyone at FOTOBOYZ are amazing!!! They arrived early and even stayed late. Having our photo booth there for our guest to take away that memory and for us to keep a copy was sensational.
Our photographers did not stay through the entire reception and they missed a lot of the fun later in the evening. Our active photo booth and video messages caught the joy and a ton of laughs from our friends and family.
I've also utilized fotoboyz for several of my corporate events at PGA National Resort. Their professionalism with our clients is impeccable and really served as a great ice breaker. Plus the attendees get a wonderful momento of the event they just attended.
