Have done business with these folks several times as I tend to drop my phone and crack the screen. Their prices are reasonable, and they usually are able to do a job while I wait. This time around, my experience was mixed. Tech required two hours to complete the job, so I had to leave my phone. The work he did was excellent, as I replaced both the back and the screen and it looks like a new phone. However, he lost my protective case, but insisted I did not bring it in. More...

Terrible experience! I brought my phone here to replace the back glass of my iPhone XR. After I leave my speaker and FaceTime have ZERO sound. I bring it right back less than 15 mins and the owner blames me for the issue and claims I'm the liar. Are you kidding me. After this I brought my phone to Rapid Mobile Repair in Torrance and they said they did a terrible job and the glass is not sealed all the way. It's supposed to look flush and they put glue all over the speaker near the camera that's why no one can hear me while on the phone. Waste of my $120! More...

Love this place!! The screen on my granddaughter's iPhone was smashed. We took it in and in about 15 minutes she had a perfect new screen and a screen protector! Thank you so much!!!

Nice people until they get called out on their wrongdoings. Came in to get my battery replaced (for the second time with them within 6 months). After getting my phone back I get to my car and notice my volume side controls aren't working, so cant turn up/down volume and the on/off slider on the side of the Iphone is completely not working. I go back in to tell them and they tell me it's not their problem, and accuse me of lying about it not working prior to me walking in even though I saw them be able to turn my phone off by pressing the two side buttons which wasnt working anymore after I got it back. After I called them out on it, they kept telling me it's "not their problem" over and over again, and if I want they can put in my old battery back, so essentially walk out with a phone more broken than walking in. Funny enough, when explaining the situation a lady walked in for help and said that happened to her as well since she overheard, in which he quickly kicked her out of the store. Have been here a few times and the 3/4 times I have, my phone had a different problem walking out than when I did walking in. Again, nice people when all is well but quick to blame you when they mess up your phone. Now i'm down $65 for a battery, phone is more broken than before, but I at least know I will never give this place my money again after being treated like that. More...

Mr. Fadawi is very professional and kind. His son Omar is fantastic too and he fixed my phone last June. A little history: I had an iPhone X since April 2018 and it died 2 years later. Had I known about this place, I would have tried to get THAT phone fixed rather than being forced to to upgrade to the iPhone 11. I had the iPhone 11 for 2 years and it sustained major trauma last year and I brought it into this place to get it fixed. I've had the iPhone 11 now for 3 years and it's still a great phone. But after dropping it one too many times, now the battery had a major issue and wouldn't hold a charge for more than 40 minutes. The elder Fadawi was able to replace the battery. A 20 minute fix. I'm confident I can easily get another year out of this phone instead of upgrading to the iPhone 14. The 15 is coming out this September. My 11 is still going strong, I'll decide then whether I want to upgrade or not! Anyway, if your phone has issues, look no further than this place! More...

This review is a little overdue. I used Mo's services a few months ago and had a positive experience. He was professional and fixed my son's tablet sooner than expected. The quality of service he provided made it damn near impossible to distinguish the difference between the original screen and the replacement. Took my phone for a new screen and now my phone is shutting off every few seconds. I can't talk on the phone I can't use any apps. The phone is useless. When I brought the phone back then they tell me that it is my battery. My phone was working perfectly fine with the exception of the screen. I'm upset that I ended up spending $166 and my phone is still broke. I could have paid taxes for a brand new phone. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!! More...

Took my daughter's phone here to get fixed after getting a quote from the Apple Store that was not worth it to fix. Not only was Phone Electrik's price considerably cheaper than Apple Store, it was cheaper than other local places that fix phones. We got the screen fixed and the battery replaced. Been here 5 TIMES for the same reason, PHONE WILL NOT TURN ON Then he wants to charge me an inspection fee of $35 when I have have been here for the same reasons . IVE SPENT ENOUGH MONEY GETTING MY PHONE REPAIRED. He insist that I get a screen replacement, when I have already purchased that earlier this year . Then I bought a new battery Then I bought a new charger It's one thing after another he calls the owner & tells him the situation I feel like if the owner was actually here , I wouldn't be writing this review.
