Philosophically Built

I love working out with Blake at Philosophocally Built! I was nervous at first, not being one who regularly worked out, but wanted to get in shape. That was 2 and a half years ago-- and I am stronger now than I have ever been! Blake takes the time to precisely teach the fundamentals, and watches carefully as you work out to correct any form mistakes. It is so important to have proper form, and I have learned from the best. The other day, as I was doing my cooldown by carrying a 50- pound bag on my shoulders around the outside of the building, a lady asked me if I was training for something. "Yes", I answered, "I'm training for life". That's the philosophy I have learned-- to take care now to have a healthy future. 5 stars is not enough--I give Philosophically Built 100 stars!!!
