Phattychow House Salad made up of fresh avocados, tomatoes,red onions, cucumbers tossed in a fresh balsamic vinaigrette.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I create the perfect menu by listening to the clients needs and adding my creativity to make sure the client gets what they want.

What inspired me to start my own business was my passion for cooking and I wanted to serve clients quality food at a great price.
