They mess up my dog hair cut and they didn't fix it and said he couldn't return to use their services

So Moejo has been going to the same groomer for 6 years … he recently just got a new haircut in the orange and it does not look the same! And the last time had issues with his eyes 6 years !! When we took him back to get the issued fixed they told us Moejo can no longer use them anymore . The groomer said he couldn’t come back I would not refer anyone else to this place. And not the mention the manager was rude and cut me off as I tried to speak with her about the issue. They didn’t offer to fix the issue. PETS at PLAY will never get my money again after i have been consistently going there for 6 years ! Probably don’t want us there because the only ppl you see in there are wypipo!! The new management sucks and you can’t tell me these hair cuts look the same. If I pay for a service I should get what I asked for More...

If I could give them NO stars I would! My wife’s yorkie has been going here for years with no issues, now suddenly after management changes everything changes, the cuts don’t look the same! The groomer all of sudden says our dog is not welcomed back after 7 years of business, because she was unsatisfied with a particular cut! We called about the issue, and the owner was extremely RUDE! Horrible customer service. They messed up my friend dog hair cut and told her he can’t get groomed there anymore after going to them for years. Will not come here again.
