Gabriel is very responsive. I had reached out to three other pet walking services and heard nothing back even days later. Gabriel responded within minutes and was able to meet with me the same day so that he would be able to start walking my dog the very next day . My dog left several messes that Gabriel was gracious enough to clean up for me so that I could return to a clean home. He did a great job, provides updates and is very responsive. We've been relying on Pet-Unity since we moved into the area four months ago. Our poor dog is not the easiest, being anxiety prone and requiring special care; prior to the move, we'd only ever left her with family members when we needed to be out for awhile. But Gabriel is fantastic with her, and over time she's just gotten more and more comfortable with him. Gabriel is also great at quickly returning communication, providing check-ins, working out schedules with us as needed, following any special instructions...our experience so far has been everything we could ask for. We recently switched to Pet Unity and have been extremely grateful for Gabriel's care of our dog. Prior to switching, we had been using another local company. Due to a large clientele, and the scheduling challenges that come with that, the other company rotated their staff pretty frequently and the timing of their visits varied. In a four day period, we could have as many as four different dog walkers and they'd arrive at different times within a two hour window. Our dog didn't do well with that much variance in his routine. Some of the walkers were also less good with dogs than others -- which caused our dog to have anxiety around walking (and he loves walks!). Hence the switch.I mention the above to give some context on how great it's been to have Pet Unity care for our dog. Gabriel is really good with our dog. He's the only one who walks our dog (barring an illness or emergency) and he generally arrives within a half hour window. Our dog has calmed down greatly since switching. He isn't as weird about walking and he's in good spirits when we come home from work, instead of all mopey. I have had two satisfactory experiences using Pet Unity for pet-sitting my cat while I was out of town. Gabriel does a good job staying in touch and sending pictures and videos of my happy cat. Each time I have returned from my trips, my cat seems content and healthy, which is all that a pet owner can really ask for. The prices of Pet-Unity services are very reasonable and they are especially accommodating when travels come up unexpectedly. I would recommend their services to anyone in the Denver-Metro area.I have changed my review from four to five stars for Pet Unity based on their most recent visitations while I was gone on vacation over the holidays. The issues I had with their service, which were minor, were addressed and I returned to a happy cat and a clean home. I feel that responsiveness to a customers needs are a sign of a good business and were worthy of an update to this review. Gabriel with Pet Unity was wonderful with our dogs. One of our dogs is very fearful of humans, but instantly felt comfortable around Gabriel. Our small dog was a puppy at the time Gabriel pet sit and he was willing to stay overnight with her. Dogs were happy and all was well when we returned home from our trip. Gabriel did an excellent job looking in on my two cats while I was out of town. At the meet-and-greet I got the impression that he genuinely understands the needs of pets, so I felt comfortable leaving my cats in his care. We have two dogs, one is 7 months old and extremely shy and the other is 2 years old and very energetic. Gabriel was amazing the the dogs. He gained the trust of our shy girl in a day. We loved getting pictures each time he visited the house and the updates letting us know how the dogs were. We really like getting to keep the dogs in our own home while we travel, and having a trustworthy care taker for them is such a relief. We also couldn't find a better price, no extra holiday fees or fees for multiple pets. All and all 10/10!! We will be using Pet-Unity again More...

Pet Unity provides a reliable and flexible dog walking service. Gabriel has been walking my dog during the week when I work long hours and can't get home early enough to bring him out. For me this service is nice because I have a dog that is not neutered, and all of the dog daycare services in the area require that. Pet Unity comes and watches my 3 dogs while I am at school teaching and it has been a great experience! The dogs love him and he is fabulous with the dogs and respects our needs. We have a dog with severe allergies and a dog who needs restricted play time due to a bone condition.Gabriel is very concious of these conditions and helps keep my dogs happy and safe. He's even great with my cats too! So Pet Unity was the perfect solution. Gabriel also is flexible when I need extra help, too. I would recommend him to anyone needing dog walking or vacation sitting.
