Pet Pros was on top of everything! I moved from South Carolina to Hawaii and they handled everything amazingly with a short notice. I had contacted a few other companies weeks in advance to my move and it was taking them weeks to get back to me. I contacted Pet Pros about a week and a half before my move and got a quote that day (and it was the cheapest one) they did everything the other companies would have but with a better price and better communication. Outstanding. Mark and Lauren was very professional and helped my family to make sure we had everything in order to get my French Bulldog for Florida to the Middle East. Even when we had issues with Vet they stepped in and made the process so easy and took the stress off of us. I will use the and recommend them to anyone trying to get their pet overseas.

BEWARE! If I could give 0 stars I would. This "company" will take your money without performing a job! I contacted Mark, "CEO/President" of "company", to get a quote for transporting our 2 dogs from Miami airport to SC. Mark stated that he would like all money up front because people have "ran" and not paid after the job is completed. I told Mark that we didn't feel comfortable paying all money up front so we agreed to pay half before and the other half once dogs arrived to their destination. Our dogs were scheduled to fly out of San Juan through American Airlines, but due to the heat, the flight got canceled. We told Mark that this could happen and we would let him know at least 6 hours prior to dogs landing. After arriving to American Airlines cargo, we were told the temperature would be 86 in Miami when the dogs landed so the flight was canceled. We then called at 1 to let him know that our dogs 3:00 flight would not be happening. We then told Mark that we were going to walk over to Amerijet, which was located 2 wear houses over, and see if they could get our dogs on the 6:30 flight. Mark stated that he would have to call Omar, who was already in Miami, transporting cats (separate job) to see if he would be ok with waiting for 5 hours to pick up our dogs that would then be landing at 11pm. Mark calls us back to let us know that it would be an additional $350 for Omar's time and "car rental" for another day. My husband and I opted out because we were already paying $979 for entire transport. We are a military family and simply can't afford any more costs for this move. Mark then proceeded to text my husband that he is "selfish" and that we should still pay $200 for Omar's "rental" and gas. As previously stated Omar was ALREADY in Miami doing a job 5 HOURS before our dogs would have even landed. How are we supposed to know that a "company" doesn't provide their own cars?? Then we get a text from Omar stating that he had to get a rental due to car issues...this is the customers fault why?? We are now having to file a claim with the credit card company to get back $490 that Mark ("Pet Pros") stole from my family. I'm appalled and hope that everyone who reads this RUNS as fast as they can aware from this disaster of a "company". More...

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Beyond frustrated! Mark admittedly took blame for not preparing the proper documentation to get my dog into Mexico. I spent an additional $900 to get our dog out of customs after 3 days (11 year old lab with Cancer). I have emails and text messages where he agreed to pay half ($450). He requested I send him a PayPal invoice. I chased him for almost 1 year. He is the kind of guy that uses squirrelly tactics like putting you on hold and never coming back. Extremely unprofessional. Be careful as I am sure these 5 star reviews are purchased or fake. Use a better and more reputable service, They know how to take your money, not much about transporting animals safely and properly. I was about to put my baby (my dog Justice) down due to age and hip pain. She needed to be transported to the vet very gently due to her being 15 years old and having chronic hip pain. I was very nervous and worried to send her without me because I was too sick to go with her. But I trusted in God and said a prayer for both of us and God sent me Pet Pro Transportation Services and it worked out. Soon she was feeling better and I was able to board her and get the medical help I needed. Pet Pro Transportation helped me save my baby's life and I can't wait for Pet Pro to return her home to my waiting, loving arms. TLDR; They kept my money after not showing up.

I contacted Pet Pros Services for a Pet Taxi to the Airport for my move abroad. They set up a time and I paid them through chase quickpay as they requested. The women called me the day before and said she would be there on time.

The day of, I text her to ask if she is on schedule and get no response. When the arrived time comes and goes, I call her. She does not pick up. Then I get a text from her saying her car broke down. I messaged her back that she should have told me that the second her car broke down and not after the arranged time. Then she said she had the address wrong and that she was an hour away and not 15 minutes. Things seemed a bit contradictory so I just stopped talking to her.

At this point, I called the company. The company said they didn't have another driver for over an hour from the arranged time. To the airport!! With a flight that I can't change the time of.

This is when I started calling around for someone else to drive me. I find someone and they take me and my dog and all of my worldly possessions.

The worst part is that they kept my $225. This place is a huge scam. I can't do a chargeback because they are so scammy they can't take credit cards. Stay far away and just call a lyft.

Our experience with Pet Pros was fantastic! They moved 4 pets from Oklahoma to Colorado for us and in all honesty, this is the first time our pets were not stressed after a move! The driver was great, even having to fight high 40-50 mph winds and fires all the way. She stopped frequently for bathroom breaks as promised. I contacted Pet Pros after my original ride to take a blind dog to a suburban animal hospital for surgery fell through. With very little notice, they quoted me a fair price for such a long drive, and assigned me the nicest driver in the world. He was on-time, kind and gentle with my dog, patiently waited while I filled out the pre-surgery forms, and reassured me that "she will be alright" throughout the long drive home - then he called the day after a family member brought her home to see how she was doing. On Dec 6, 2017 I called Pet Pros for information and assurance the company being able to safely transport my two cats, ***** and **********. For me and my cats it wasn't "just any transport" it was not only time sensitive as they had a flight scheduled to leave the San Antonio Airport for a flight to Salt Lake City,Utah. You see, my cats and I have for the most part had been separated since May 11, 2017. I am a domestic violence victim who had to leave Houston,TX then to Boerne, TX then to San Marcos, TX. All the while working feverishly and constantly to find shelter partner resources to house my kitties until we could ultimately reunite. I never gave up on them and they never gave up on me. Unfortunately, due to safety in November I had to leave them in San Marcos, TX due to lack of funds, resources, etc to flee out of state, to Salt Lake City, Utah. Getting them to SLC seemed impossible. I, believed and never gave up trying and fighting to get them here. With the help of several organizations one being Pet Pros who picked them up from boarding before business hours to have them at the designated area with the designated persons on time. They even sent all the organizations assisting and me photos as requested. Thanks to Mark at Pet Pros Services and his excellent staff, on Dec 7, 2017 my kitties arrived on time, safely without trauma or distress WE WERE REUNITED. I recently used Pet Pros Services to transport 3 GSD rescues from Texas to WI and they were great!! It was needed to be done within 2 days (in order to save these pups from being euthanized) and it all happened with the help of Pet Pros Services. Everything was very professional, the driver was wonderful and caring, and the pups arrived in WI happy and safe. Plus the company understood that we were a rescue and worked within our budget. Pet Pros Services is a fantastic company. I recently moved from the east coast to Hawaii and needed to get my 2 year old Siberian Husky shipped out here. The dog was at a family members house 3 hours away from the airport. I contacted Pet Pros Services and spoke with Mark. Within 15 minutes, everything was settled; the price, pick up and drop off times/locations, how the dog would be transported etc. Mark also discussed with me the requirements the airlines had to ensure there would be no snag ups once arriving at the airport. Mark provided me the name and telephone number of the driver who would be picking up my dog. The driver's name was Michael W*******. Michael went above and beyond for me and my dog. He went over the airline requirements as well, the pick up/drop off times and I put him in contact with my family member who he was getting the dog from. Upon arrival at their house, Michael sent me a picture of him with my dog and again ensured me of the arrival time at the airport. Michael arrived at the airport 1.5hours prior to the cargo facility opening. During that time he fed, walked, and played with my dog. I called Michael and he informed me that he did not think the water bowl in the kennel would suffice for the trip, and offered to go to Walmart and get one that would be appropriate. He did that at no additional cost to me, he refused payment. Once in the cargo facility he had me on the phone the whole time, answered any questions that I had and completely put me at ease during the whole process. Bottom line: Pet Pros Services is a fantastic company with fantastic customer service. Mark and his team went what I would consider above and beyond and will put your mind at ease. Ride to the airport.I had to get my dogs (both large) to the airport.I could not fit the kennels in my own vehicle. I had a great experience with their pet re-homing service. I had an older dog that that I could no longer take care of but wanted it to go to a good home. I gave them a call and sent a few photos with a description and he was adopted within a month.
