Jaffa and smudge were so well looked after by the pet nanny. She was very professional and it was lovely to meet her before she came to look after our cats. She sent us photos everyday (including coming early on our wedding day to send us a photo before our ceremony!) She also added a few extra days when we needed to and was very flexible. I completely trust in Kirsty and our cats absolutely loved her. We came home to two completely chilled and happy cats and we were happy they were in good hands. Kirsty looked after our 2 cats while we got married. We had a consultation where she met the cats and went through their needs. Socks our oldest got attacked a day before we went away so we worried about leaving him, but we got photo updates while we were away and Kirsty was happy to give him the medication he needed to start his recovery. Before finding Pet Nanny, I used to take my cat Feebie to a boarding service. The last time I left here there, she had severe anxiety issues. When I picked her up, she had actually chewed through her skin and had a gaping, open wound that required surgery to repair. I then used Pet Nanny the next time I went out of town.Janet Connor is wonderful! I had a pet sitter named Morgan that took care of my cat Feebie. The daily reports that Morgan left after I arrived home were so cute, and I was confident that Feebie had a good time while I was gone. I could see that she had all the attention that I would have given her if I was home. Sadly, Feebie passed on a few months ago due to health problems that were untreatable. But, I will always be grateful for the excellent care that Morgan gave Feebie; I would confidently recommend Pet Nanny very highly  to anyone! For any animal, cats especially, being in a boarding situation is very stressful. Being in the comfort of their own home is the best situation. This past Spring my beautiful elderly Rottweiler with significant health issues needed pet sitting as I had an extended weekend trip. He required several medications with specific, extensively detailed instructions. I was very concerned about his proper care. Both Laura and one of her devoted sitters came to my home to meet my sweet boy. They went over all of the detailed information with me and got down on the floor to meet my boy. They took plenty of time with him and both ladies  showered him with love and me with reassurance. During my absence they sent plenty of photos and updates. They even had a written communication system with another woman that came in once a day so that everything was able to go seamlessly. I felt reassured on my trip knowing that ANGELS were caring for my beloved pet. It is obvious that their work is a true labor or love and I couldn't of asked for more. More...

Just updating my last review. I'm still using Laura the pet nanny, and have been for many years. They always do a fantastic job for me. So much better than boarding your pet. Never a worry or problem. Text messages and photos with each visit so you never have to worry about your pet friend while you're on vacation. Prices are right in line with most boarding facilities and they offer flexible visit schedules. You don't have to drop them off or pick them up when you get back from vacation. I would always miss that pickup time and have to board her for another night. My dog loves her Nanny so I always come home to a happy pup. More...

Kirsty always exceeds my expectations and provides great, attentive personal visits for my cat Molly. Molly gets very nervous in strange places (horrid catteries) and is prone to separation anxiety when I am away. Molly immediately took to Kirsty when she came to meet her. I was immediately impressed with how well she listened about my concerns over my cats anxiety. She was very thorough and professional. Even though letting my cat out in the garden on occasion would have been enough, she asked if Molly liked tickles, attention and about her favorite toys and hiding places. She made sure she got treats and her medication twice a day. Molly is always happy and calm when I return from holiday or short breaks, unlike previous times when she had been at a cattery. On top of all this, the house was exactly how I left it and all of my mail and several packages were taken inside. I appreciate everything Kirsty does I would recommend kirsty to anyone who is looking for a wonderful pet sitter. More...

Kirsty has done a fantastic job looking after our cat Charlie whilst we were away for 2 weeks. We really appreciated the daily updates and knowing he was being well looked after. Charlie is a rescue cat who takes a while to get to know new people and environments, so having Kirsty come round before to meet him was excellent and put him at ease as well as staying in the familiar surrounding of his own home. After previously using a cattery whilst on holiday we decided to use Pet Nanny for our recent break away to look after our 2 cats Rocky and Rosie. We liked the idea that they would be able to stay in the comfort of their own home whilst having someone to come in to feed them and play with them. We went on a trip last November & we used Laura the Pet Nanny for our animals. We were truly happy with the service they provided & how easy they were to stay in touch with. Our cat is anxious around strangers, so we were nervous about leaving him, especially as he didn't cope well the only previous time we entrusted him to a pet sitter (not Kirsty! ). We have four cats; they rarely all come out when someone is here, especially not our highly anxious one; when Kirsty was here, they were all quite relaxed! It was amazing! Finding out about Pet Nanny was the best thing that's ever happened to me. I scheduled an interview on super short notice but Emma and Jan were incredibly kind and flexible. I get so nervous when I leave my sweet girl but I seriously didn't have any reservations about leaving Pet Nanny in charge. Emma took such great care of my baby and sent me pictures every day. Not to mention they leave notes about everything they do with your pet while you're away. Their prices are great and they make it super easy for you to pay. Updating to review a new employee at Professional Pet Nanny...Marissa took care of our two dogs and brand new kitten while we were gone for a week on vacation. I can't say enough good things about her!! With our kitten being new, he was still a little timid being around the dogs. Marissa got them all in the same room playing together and they were well on their way to being best friends by the time we got home :) She sent us the cutest pictures every time she stopped in to feed/take care of them and it was easy to see they were having so much fun with her around. I've been using Professional Pet Nanny since I moved to Cincinnati over two years ago. They are really great and always reliable. Kyle and Tyler make sure that the dog walkers are well trained and professional. Communication and scheduling are very easy. My dog walker as well as Tyler/Kyle always promptly respond to my texts. My dog walker also writes a note everyday, texts me photos of my pups, and cleans up any messes/takes care to keep the house tidy. I would recommend Professional Pet Nanny to anyone in the area! My wife and I are relatively new to Cincinnati and we were so relieved to find a reliable and affordable service to feed our cat when we are out of town. Professional Pet Nanny have done a great job, including over the holidays. In addition to feeding and playing with our cat (so she doesn't get lonely!), they will also bring in the mail, water plants, and send along photos to show that everything is going just fine while we are away.
