Took my two dogs to PCS yesterday and, of course, they got lots of love, treats, chin skritches, the good times did roll. When we left my pit bull let me know he needed to go potty, so I took him to a strip of grass where he pooped . Can you say pooped on Facebook? Anyway, I realized I’d forgotten to bring poo bags so I went back inside to see if Cliff had a bag. Not only did he have a bag, but he INSISTED on coming outside and picking up MY dog’s poo! I will never take my dog anywhere else. Lets start with the fact I have never wrote a review for anything in my life. I just left and I’m so so ecstatic with my experience. I have taken my dog, Max, to a different groomer every time I’ve had him groomed because I’m never happy with the experience, he’s 5. I was pleased at Pet Central Station from start to finish. When I walked in everyone was smiling and helpful. The groomer discussed any concerns and preferences I had with Max as soon as I walked in and was also very kind which makes you feel more comfortable leaving your family member with them. When I left, the man at the counter was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Very pleasant to Max, and I. He made sure I left being informed with all of their rewards and membership program which, of course I joined. Typically, my pup has some nicks and cuts and is very skidish after his grooming, and will shake constantly, which makes me feel horrible and therefore I never want to take him in. He wont act like himself for about a week afterwards, every single time. He’s already smiling and looks the best I’ve ever seen him after an appointment at the groomers. I will recommend Pet Central Station to everyone I can, and forever take Max back. More...

Had our senior Cocker groom again today. We have used both Groomers Mary and Pat and both are super. Our little Maggie is also a little bit of a hard one todo with all her moles. and her shaking. caring staff they treat you nice there not pushy they have awesome things and awesome prices for everything in the store very knowledgeable about the products they sell and they help answer all your questions you have about things and the grooming is outstanding them take there time and they get the job done right the first time and the first time i took my dog there to get groomed they even to my dog to the bathroom after they were done with him and they were very patient with my dog and they were very gentle with him

Stopped in for the first time yesterday and we were very impressed! You get personal customer service from people who really care! They have a lot of knowledge about what they sell and you never get the impression they’re just trying to make a sale, but that they actually care very much for your pet. Unlike commercial chain pet stores, the food here is fresh and in excellent condition. Prices are what you’d pay elsewhere too.
