Absolutely fabulous ! Personal Touch Catering handled everything from party planning, food, staff, and décor for my husband's Citizenship Party. The décor was beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was wonderful! Where to start! We booked this venue on short notice and they were just amazing. Ann handled our contract but Barbara was amazing the day off. I can’t thank them enough. This service came highly recommend. I called them for my son’s dress rehearsal dinner. We went through every detail on the phone, on line and in person. Debbie and her husband were amazing! Their severs and bartenders were friendly and professional. There were very few mistakes such as forgetting to use the disposable wine glasses and not putting out silverware with the dessert but neither of those things were a big deal. I went there for father's day. The buffet was a brunch style with breakfast and lunch items available. I had the thinly slice prime rib. It was excellent. I also ate vegetables that were slightly seasoned. There was an array of dessert. The brownies were hard and I did not like it at all. I felt like I was eating a rock, my nephew picked up outside and tried to feed me. The French macaroons were delicious. They were all different flavors. It was enjoyable to try all of them and they were soft to bite on. The wait staff was nice and timely. There was a jazz style saxophone player and it was capm and quiet for being busy. I would recommend going here and getting those french macaroons... Being from NY and having access to every type of food... I would rave about these desserts as top notch. More...

I don't know where to begin! I hosted a baby shower a few months back at Personal Touch. Debbie & Keith did a phenomenal job. The food was fabulous and the ambiance of their facility was beautiful! I have been struggling with health issues for several months and asked Debbie if she would do a Christmas dinner for me. I am a gourmet cook and always prepare my own holiday meals. I had 16 guests coming and was recovering from surgery. Debbie and Keith took care of every last little detail and provided an outstanding dinner of prime rib (cooked to perfection), chicken francese, baked ziti, and all the accompaniments. The food was over the top fantastic. They did all my appetizers too which were fantastic. They sent a server, Cathy who was top notch, that set up everything and presented the food beautifully. Didn't have to clean a thing!!! Their pricing was very reasonable. It was the best holiday I've had in years because I was able to sit back and relax and not worry about a thing! I will use them again and again! Thank you Debbie, Keith and Cathy for allowing me to enjoy Christmas with family. I would give you 10 stars if I could...you guys deserve it!!!!!!!!! More...
