Excellent food, great service, fine dining at its best and very personalized. He is very flexible and will work with the client’s wants and needs. I would recommend Chef Rudy to everyone! Prior to hiring, he answered all questions and was very prompt with his responses. Once hired, he gave me options for all courses and worked with me to get it just right! On the night of our dinner, he came right on time and was very professional and easy to talk to. His food was exceptional! The Crème brûlée was to die for!!! It’s a must for any menu! And the best part, he brings all the pots, pans, dishes, and cleans up after the finally course like he wasn’t even in my kitchen! More...
