Besides the fine cuisine catering, personal chef Peter will oversee all of your catering events. This includes delivering, setting up furniture, decor execution, and on hand services (upon request). Your style of an event can be a home-style BBQ in the comfort of your own backyard or an elegant wedding that takes place at the venue of your choice.

Wow!!! The epitome of a 5-Star experience to say the least. Â Chef Peter was awesome to work with throughout the whole process. He was extremely quick to communicate with during the planning and scheduling phase and answered all of my questions easily. Day of festivities went off without a hitch with Chef Peter showing up even earlier than projected to start the prep project. Â He was extremely personable and approachable and took care of everything we needed to ensure an amazing night was in store for all. The food and presentation was phenomenal. Our guest could not stop raving about how beautiful everything looked, and most importantly, how good it all tasted. We chose the stuffed shrimp appetizer, chicken Caesar salad, rib eye entree, and crepe for dessert, for our 4 course dinner, but I have no doubt you couldn't go wrong asking Chef Peter to make anything he offers up. Truly an amazing time with friends and family for a birthday celebration thanks to our own private chef for a night. My first encounter with Chef Petr's masterful cooking was simply extraordinary! A restaurant Chef by training, he now does personal chef work around SoCal. Last night he cooked the most amazing 5 course meal for my bestie's family -- all in the comfort of their home. He arrived by 2:30 to start prepping for a 6:30-7pm dinner. Everything was made fresh and from scratch. We started with a beautiful cheese and charcuterie plate. Course 1 was one of the best mushrooms risottos I've ever had. Course 2 was a lovely shrimp dish cooked to perfection. Course 3 was a delicious Gorgonzola, melon and avocado salad. Course 4 was a surf and turf with filet minion and lobster tail, again cooked to perfection. And the final course was a decadent molten chocolate cake. Not only was the meal magnificent, Chef Petr was very professional and friendly. He took care of all the details as well as the cleanup. He made it a seamless night for us all. I was invited to a birthday party on Sunday, April 28, 2019, which was catered by Peter Krivanek, Personal Chef. I was blown away by the amazing food and the delightful attitude of Chef Peter and his Sous Chef Jacob. They were wonderful! The meal consisted of the most delicious scallops, stuffed mushrooms, goat cheese salad, salmon, asparagus and small potatoes. Our experience with Chef Peter was outstanding from start to finish. Â He stayed in constant communication with us and helped us plan a wonderful five course meal for my parents 60th anniversary. Â He showed up on time, brought everything he needed with him, and when he left the kitchen was just like it was before he arrived. Â He was engaging and personable and the food was amazing. Peter cooked an unforgettable meal for our dinner party of 10 people. Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything tasted! Peter worked with us to design a three-course menu, including three family-style entrees (chicken thighs with roasted carrots, shallots and potato in wine sauce; baked salmon with zucchini caponata with olives and pasta; asparagus creamy risotto with seared scallops). Peter purchased fresh, high-quality ingredients, and brought his own equipment, including beautiful trays for presenting the crostini appetizers. All of the food was simply cooked perfectly. If you need a personal chef for any type of event, Peter is absolutely amazing! I attended a dinner party at a clients house; Peter was hired to cook for the whole party. It was easy to tell all ingredients used were fresh and his attention to detail was exquisite; each plate looked almost too food to eat!! Peter is amazing! I wanted to something special for my mom's 60th Birthday, so decided to do some research and hire a private chef. There is a reason Peter has rave reviews, he is literally that wonderful to work with. He was quick to respond to all forms of communication and met with me earlier to go over a custom menu and walk through our kitchen. Not to mention, his food was delicious!
