I met Chef Steve at a dinner he catered for a friend, I asked when or if he visits Las Vegas I would like to book his services. Excitement and anticipation is something that is rare these days but that's what I feel when I'm about to be treated to a meal cooked by Steve. I have no doubt that anyone that uses Steve's services as a private chef will not be disappointed. The choice of dishes was perfect, the spicy chicken dish was amazing, and he even told us his recipe- lemongrass, chili, and ginger shrimp paste were key ingredients. What’s your signature dish?
Signature dishes are created with layers of flavors, blending herbs, spices, and seasonings. Preparing and playing with sauces & dressings have become the most important accompaniment to all my dishes, so answering every dish is my signature dish, only with the signature sauce or dressing.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Is the menu the same every time when hiring a personal chef? Only if you want it to be. Personal Chef Dining will create a new menu for each client's request. The menu that is created is not by the chef, he is providing his amazing talent, and the clients create the perfect menu.
What do you love most about your job?
Everything about being a chef comes naturally, why do anything else?

Always been entrepreneurial, work in a profession that fits my lifestyle.
