Lisa is great! Smart, passionate, engaging, and most importantly, trustworthy! Lisa helped me as a new business owner, in several different areas; On-boarding documents, new hire paperwork, employee agreements, regulation/state specific law adherence, and several other areas as it relates to HR. I have a passion for helping business get their HR right, develop exceptional employees so they can be profitable and successful.

I wanted to be able to support as many business as possible and work within the different areas of HR.

I have over 20 years of corporate human resources, operations and start-up experience, including executive roles in cyber security and building services industries.

As the Chief People Officer of SkOUT Cyber Security, I was a member of the Executive Leadership Team. During my tenure, I collaborated with senior leadership to develop the company’s culture and cultivate the employer brand, developed and executed all people management strategies, including the performance, learning and development programs. She served as an internal coach to the Executive Leadership team through significant growth and high stress situations.

Prior to SkOUT, I worked in various leadership roles where I improved workplace culture, coached and mentored staff, and implemented innovative and cost-saving human resources strategies and programs. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Change and Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Development, Organizational Effectiveness from New York University. I am certified by both the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Peale Piper's services are primarily online or remote. There is limited availability for on-site support depending on the region.

With this services you get outsourced human resources manager who will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of your human resources function, for a time period of your choosing. You get personal and hands-on HR expertise to execute all agreed to projects and HR related activities in an efficient, effective, and compliant manner.

This service helps you to understand what you don't know about your existing human resources infrastructure. You will uncover the current state of your human resources operations and proactively identify any employment practices related risks.

This can include a review of human resources policies, procedures, systems, and other relevant internal documents to evaluate whether specific practice areas are adequate, legal, compliant and/or effective.
At the end of the audit you will receive an action plan or a roadmap of the activities to be addressed.

We can either review and update your current handbook or develop a brand new legally compliant handbook with standard policies customized to incorporate your operational requirements, corporate culture and industry best practices.

Maybe you already have everything under control, but simply need a little help on a project basis to develop and implement individual solutions.
Examples of projects that may be undertaken include, but are not limited to: review or development of a compensation strategy, perform an internal investigation (sexual harassment, employee relations), support recruitment efforts, prepare job descriptions.
