The Food is amazing!!! My partner and I got the smoked ribs with Cajun Mac and the green salad. We were full but still wanted seconds! !! The spice on the ribs was perfect!! The Mac and cheese was spot on and the Cheeto dust was a great way to enhance the Mac n cheese. Definitely a favorite!! To top it off I got the pound cake & it was so delicious. I almost forgot to give my partner some  we appreciate Ceejay for making such delicious food. We are definitely going to be buying from now on and are so excited to try his other dishes. 10/10. Chef Ceejay provided myself and 9 guest an excellent gourmet meal for my wife's 60th birthday held mid-July 2020 on a hot day with only 6 days notice. Â I asked for a New Orleans-flavored menu of beef, chicken, corn-on-cob, fruit salad, coleslaw and shrimp skewers and man did he deliver. Â Everything was fresh, heated or cooled as needed, cooked just the way I asked. Â One of my guests from NOLA brags about his bbq and smoker skills and he wanted Chef Ceejay's contact info/business card for a future event he's planning. Â At my request, I met him at Cason's Fine Meats and paid cash for the food +$ and saw the high quality of protein he chose and met the fine staff there. Â The balance was paid on delivery. We don't really have a signature dish more or less and signature cuisine, we offer some of the best Cajun food in the PNW.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We work directly with the client to ensure everything they want on there menu we can/ will provide.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the smile on our clients faces when they see the quality and care we provide along with there meals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by 3 women in my life my mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whom all have been cooking long before I was born, as a kid they showed me the ropes in the kitchen and I always enjoyed the smells and of course the taste. Ever since I was a kid I've always known I'd be a great Chef I was destined to be.
