My wife and I have been using Pawsitively Professional for a couple years now, and I must say Melissa and her staff (especially Andrea) who take care of our Persian cat, Marley, have been nothing short of spectacular! I can't say enough nice things about them. They are wonderful, caring, loving, thoughtful people, and that's exactly who you want to trust in your home, taking care of your furry family members. When meeting with us the very first time, they listened carefully to our specific wants and needs, and now each time they visit, they take the time to care for Marley the way we asked. By the way, a 30 minute visit is less than $20!! That is an outstanding deal for the quality of care you get from this team. The best part of their service is the messaging portal. Every time the staff visits, they use the app to write a cute story about what Marley is up to, what they did that day, how they fed him, groomed him, played with him, cleaned up his litter, etc, and they even take pictures so we can see him right on the message portal. That is SOOO comforting to be able to see your pet and know they are loved and cared for while you're away from home and miss your pet. I highly recommend Melissa and her team at Pawsitively Professional - you won't be disappointed! More...

Melissa and her team are so good with our 5 doggies. It's so refreshing to know that when Melissa is watching the kiddies she is treating them as if they are her own. Â Our 5 dogs always recieve loving attention and care, they love having PPPS stay with them...and so do we. Â Melissa and her team are always accessible and responsive with feedback and updates. The staff (Melissa) was great! I had an unexpected business trip come up and I was, at 7 pm (website says they're open until 8 pm), frantic for someone to care for my sweet cat for a few days. I called and left a voicemail and also sent a Facebook message. She called me back and we discussed the particulars. She showed up at 8 the next morning to meet kitty. We used Pawsitively for a ten day period while we traveled out of the country. It was the first time our dog had been with a stranger in 12 years. We took a chance and when we returned, we found him happy and content, as if he barely missed us! PPPS sent us regular e-mail updates as to his well-being, eating, etc. When we returned, there were even written notes about his daily activities! Since he is older, he has some trouble walking, but it was no problem for Pawsitively, she walked him three times a day, long or short, depending on how he was feeling. Although it was a little stressful to leave him, we felt confident because due diligence was done on both or parts prior to our trip. We have been able to rely on PPPS a few times for walks when we needed to be gone for an extended time period and we will use Pawsitiely again when we travel. More...
