After a long due diligence process, I settled with Katie and Pawsitive Vibes Petcare to be my long-term pet care partner. Katie is incredibly conscientious and clearly cares about animals . Although we just started using her, our pets are already connected. Her patience and genuine love for animals shine through when she is with them. The best part for me is that I feel completely comfortable leaving them in her hands. The quality of her care is unparalleled so I know that they are safe and well cared for. We used Pawsitive Vibes to pet sit our two cats during our first major travel in the covid era, and could not have been more pleased. They are super responsive and send updates and pictures with each visit. I love the dedicated phone app to view pics and chat with the sitter. To top it off, our trip back home was hit with numerous changes and delays over an exhausting 48 hour period, and Katie was incredibly flexible working with us to keep the pets looked after even as our plans changed repeatedly during the day. Katie and her staff have been consistently walking my high energy (in training) puppy/teenage dog for the past few months and have been amazing! I am so grateful to have found them when moving back to CO. They have been wonderful in understanding that my dog is still learning to walk politely on a leash and have contributed to a positive walking environment for him. They are consistent, reliable and communicative. My dog means the world to me (as I'm sure most pet parents can relate to) and I feel confident that Katie and her staff take good care of him, keeping him safe and feeling loved. I have never felt more confident that my kitty was ok while I was gone than when I worked with Katie and her staff. Every day I got a little report about how much food she'd eaten, that they cleaned the litter, what she was doing while they were there (which was receiving lots of pets! ) and plenty of pics from each daily visit. It was so nice to be away and feel relaxed that she was in great hands and doing so well. I had SUCH a great experience with Pawsitive Vibes Petcare! I decided to book some pet sitting with Pawsitive Vibes. I had never used them before so you're always leary of new people looking after your pets. They booked a meet and greet. They were very professional and thorough with the dog's needs. That put me at ease. I needed doggie sitting ASAP and I accidentally chose the wrong dates through their booking site. I needed that weekend and selected dates for next month. I was freaking out! They said no problem, and worked me into their schedule. Talk about a relief! They were very professional and punctual. Finding a new cat sitter was concerning for us as we have an 18 yr old cat with some health issues and another cat with a chronic allergic condition. They require prescription diets and daily medicine. After speaking with Katie on the phone and describing my cats' issues, she offered to come meet them and see if they approved of her. Both cats took to her well. Katie quickly learned their personalities and quirks and reports back every visit how they're doing, if they're interactive or off a bit, what the status of their eating and litter boxes are, etc. It is very comforting to know they are in good hands when we're not here and getting this kind of feedback eases my anxieties about leaving them. Katie has put a lot into building her business including getting pet CPR certifications and other training to ensure she can provide the best care for pets. Katie always gives us an email update with pictures daily while we are away. She asks great questions. The dogs were well cared for. She walked them and gave them company.
