I have worked with Karlene with two dogs in three settings, and she was professional, knowledgeable and caring every time. I had a puppy class with her with a Berner, and then later she helped me achieve a Canine Good Citizen award with that same Berner. The tough part was getting Rudy to be okay while I was gone for five minutes, but with Karlene's help we did it.
