Paws and Claws Pet Service

We have been using Paws and Claws's weekday walk services for close to 5 months now. We find this service to be reliable, with an excellent online scheduling and messaging system. Most importantly, all the dog walkers (Elizabeth, Jennifer, Jessica) we met have been really kind and have taken great care of our dog. In particular, our current dog walker Elizabeth has gone above and beyond in making our dog always come home happy and satisfied. We've been using Paws and Claws since June 2018 and I always feel at ease knowing our cats are being taken great care of. Siovhan, Liz and especially Jessica have always been reliable, communicative, and friendly, and have treated our pets like their own . They go above and beyond to send a summary of each visit, and take the cutest photos of our kitties to make being away from them a little easier. The app is easy and convenient to use. When our dogs stay with Nicole and her family we don't ever have to worry while we're on vacation, we know they're in good hands. I love that they treat them like their own and they get to stay in the house as if they were at home. Our dogs eat well there, they go for walks, play with her kids and other dogs. I've been using Paws and Claws for over 3 years and they're great! Only have 1 cat now, but previously had another cat (elderly with special needs/meds) and a dog (healthy, but had behavioral issues). Never a problem! I highly recommend Paws and Claws!!We originally had hired friend of a friend to come and stay at our house while we were out of the country for 12 days to take care of our cats, plants and mail. Close to leaving she flaked out on us. BUT thankfully I found Paws and Claws through a google search, and hired them to look after our cats. The 'hiring' process was easy, and all of the communication prior to the service was great! Hillary was the gal who we were paired with. She met us before we left to go over everything. While we were gone, we received daily text updates with photos of our happy kitties. That was so helpful and such a relief to know they were receiving awesome care! We have used Paws and Claws multiple times for watching our 16 year old cat. It has been a wonderful experience every time. We also have a pet turtle and the sitter Hillary took care of all of them. Our cat is shy so I was a little concerned but it all turned out well. I also received daily updates through the website portal. I will continue using Paws and Claws. I am so happy with the service I received from P&C and I'll definitely be calling them again! We had them come to visit while we were on vacation, based on the recommendation of a friend and it was a great call. Everything about the service was great - from the initial visit for onboarding, to the online portal. Everything was quick and painless. But the most important part is the sitter and ours was top notch! Amalia had great attention to details and took great care of our pets. How do I know? Well for one thing, she sent tons of pictures which was a delight because even though we were having fun, we still missed our furbabies! Great service ,but my one complaint is that they have inflexible late cancel policies that require full payment and reservation systems that don't allow family accounts as well as no reminder notifications when reservations have been made far in advance.

I've hired Paws & Claws on two occasions to take care of my cat over a number of days. The last time was great and everything seemed fine, even received daily updates with pictures. Their new website portal is also really useful to keep track of your animals, appointments and payments. Marking it as 4 instead of 5 because the first time wasn't as good, as I came back to a full litter box, litter spilled everywhere on the floor and dirty boot footprints all over the place. We've been using Paws and Claws for at least a year if not almost 2 years. We have had nothing but GREAT service! My boyfriend and I work weird hours that change frequently and they accommodated all that for us. Our Corgi was just a puppy when we began using their services and I felt terrible leaving his home alone for 6-8 hours. All those terrible feelings went away after the first day of their service. They let me a note saying what Douglas did (poop/pee) and how happy he was. He loves his puppy sitter Toni because she lets him chew sticks :) that's his favorite hobby! It has been more than great working with Amalia. She is the ONE if you are looking for a kind and loving person for your animal families. I have requested services with P&Cs many times. I have to admit that I had some trust issues in earlier days when I didn't receive regular updates, and when I came home and saw my kitties had made a huge mess and the sitter did nothing. But Amalia has been more then wonderful! She remembers small things even weeks after her last visits. She has taken such good care of my kitties. And most importantly, she understands my love and concern and she is willing to go beyond and do things such as sending me videos when I had a long travel. Paws and Claws has been absolutely wonderful to work with!We worked with Nicole the same weekend we got our puppy, Odin, and had a consultation and services setup for Monday when we returned back to work. Paws and Claws is super responsive and works with your schedule.All of the dog walkers have been great. If you need to work with Paws and Claws to add a stay, walk, etc. they are great at getting your puppy the services you need.Odin is now over a year old and we've been with Paws and Claws for about 8 months. I've used Paws and Claws to take care of my two cats when I'm out of town. I've been using them for three or four years now, with five or six trips out of town each year lasting anywhere from a long weekend to a full week. I've always been happy with how they take care of my furry kiddos, and in the last year or so I think they've honed their service even more. I used to really feel bad leaving my little guys, and while I still do, I'm really confident they'll be well taken care of.
