Not only do my dogs love Suzanne, but so do I! She is great with my dogs but also she is very personable and cheerful with me, the human! I try to give as much notice as I can when I need walks, but sometimes things come up last minute. Suzanne does her best to squeeze us in (hardly ever says she can't) and she does it with a smile, never acts put out. I really appreciate that. I get texted pics of my two dachshund babies out on their walk and they get treats, fresh water and ice cubes when it's hot. She's just great! More...

We are so glad we found Paws and Claws. Suzanne is amazing. In the past, we had always had our friend care for our two cats and our house while we were away. When he became unavailable, we were concerned about finding the right person to trust with our kitties and our home. After much research, we decided to give Suzanne a try. We are so glad we did! Upon meeting Suzanne, we were instantly at ease with her. She is an obvious animal lover, and our cats took to her immediately. She has a wonderful personality which made us feel very comfortable entrusting her to take care of everything while we were gone. Suzanne fed, watered, and scooped the cats, of course, but she will also take care of any messes they may leave (hairballs, etc.), will administer medicine, if needed (we didn't, but of could in the future), and spends time playing with them. We wanted our cats to be cared for, of course, but we also wanted someone who would give them some love and affection while we were gone. Each day, Suzanne texted us with a photo of the cats and an update. It was very reassuring to know, and see, that they were doing well. Beyond the cats, Suzanne took in our mail, watered our plants, and took care of a few minor things we had forgotten to do when we left for our vacation. She is organized, thorough, and reliable. Before we found Suzanne, we were very nervous trusting a "stranger" in our home and giving them full access when we were away. They're the BEST! I highly recommend them! I adopted a rescue dog named Merla earlier this year. Originally coming from a kill shelter in Alabama, she had certain behavioral issues which required months of extensive training by a personal dog trainer. Since Merla still had some behavioral issues, Suzanne was recommended to me by the dog trainer for when I started working full time Monday through Friday in June. Suzanne and Danielle (who she highly trusts, as do I) came by for a meet and greet with Merla in early June. The meet and greet went very well and Merla went for a walk with them that day. Danielle was ultimately the one who would be there during the week for my Merla. I am very impressed with Danielle and grateful that she is so patient with Merla! I get updates, pictures, and sometimes even videos every time she goes to Merla. Danielle is very flexible and reliable, especially whenever I have went on vacation. If I could give 10 Stars, I would! We have been working with Suzanne and Danielle for a few months now and have been amazed by what fantastic care they have been able to provide for our pup, Lincoln. I recently changed jobs and became unable to come home during lunch to feed and relieve our pup. My husband and I were nervous about leaving our "little" guy alone for 9+ hours and concerned we wouldn't be able to find someone that could handle our 1 year old, 65lb, high energy lab mix. After some searching and reading a lot of reviews were blessed to come across Paws and Claws. After just one first meeting we knew we found people that would give our pup the attention and care he deserves. I can't say enough good things about Paws and Claws! They are extremely flexible, reliable, and trustworthy. I typically text Suzanne a couple days in advance to request to be placed on the schedule, but she emphasized that even shorter notice is acceptable. Went away for two weeks and had Danielle come twice a day to walk and feed dog.Each visit we received a picture of the dog along with a text telling how the dog was doing. Suzanne is the absolute best - working 9-5 and having my dog Scout as my only roommate, I needed someone reliable and flexible to take care of her. Scout also needs daily medication and multiple small meals per day, so she can be high maintenance. Suzanne exceeded all expectations and has been so helpful, especially with sending the daily pictures of Scout. We are moving now and I hope I can find someone half as great as Suzanne! More...

I wish I could give Paws and Claws a 10 out of 10 stars! Suzanne is absolutely amazing! I've been a client for almost two years and could not be happier with the service I have received for my dog Ruby. Suzanne is super attentive and always sending me cute pictures and little updates of Ruby while I'm at work. I feel so comfortable knowing that Suzanne is checking on my girl while I'm away. Another huge plus is how responsive and accommodating Suzanne is. If she is unavailable (rarely) then Sue, equally as amazing, comes to check on Ruby. Paws and Claws, Superb Pet Care, is a very important part of our life. Suzanne loves my dogs like her own and they wait by the window every morning in anticipation of her arrival and daily walks. I have used Paws and Claws, Superb Pet Care numerous times...for dog walking and for vacation care.  I cannot say enough how wonderful my Cockapoo, Chewbacca, was treated by Suzanne, who happens to also be the owner of the service. She is always early, spends more than enough time with Chewie.   She is also very attentive to his needs and also hads made many valuable suggestions to help with my dog and his growth as a member of my family. She also is in constant contact with us and tries to be accomadating with any last minute requests. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HER SERVICE TO ANYONE THAT WANTS THEIR FURRY BABIES TO BE IN THE BEST POSSIBLE HANDS!!!!! More...
