I had never used a Pet Sitter before now and was hesitant to. BUT I am DELIGHTED to have found Michelle and Pawfect Souls Pet Sitting. Having to leave our 6 month old kitten for the first time was hard BUT Michelle texted me each night and let me know how 'Hayley' was doing. Hayley is very shy of new people and it took until our second trip that Michelle even got to see her! Michelle sent a picture of Hayley hiding and when she finally decided to come out of hiding I got a video of Hayley coming out to meet Michelle! Our entire family (both the humans and the pets) are incredibly grateful for Michelle at Pawfect Souls Pet Sitting. We have ten pets and as you can imagine our household runs on a complex schedule of potty breaks, litter box scooping, food & water refills, pet dish washing and cuddles. Our senior dog needs extra patience and our cats tend to be mischievous while we’re away. These factors used to make taking trips very challenging, so we are very lucky to have found Pawfect Souls! Michelle takes wonderful care of our pets. I am able to actually relax and enjoy our time away from home because I know that Michelle is checking on our furry kids and will keep in touch with me. She is compassionate, professional, and treats our pets as though they were her own. She is totally reliable, very caring, communicative (she sends text updates w/pictures!) and we trust her completely with our household. I am so happy I found this petsitter. She was referred thru my vet and I couldn't be happier with her. Michelle went over and above what we expected. One of our cats was sick the day we left. She took her to the vet, twice. Knowing she was there for our Carol was a relief for us and lessened our stress about being gone. Thank you so much Michelle. Lucky for us we found Michelle after moving to Florida a year ago! We couldn't do without her now!! We have 2 rescue dogs, Karma and Whiskie. Karma had been abused and is frightened of people. Michelle was so sweet & patient with her and soon won Karma's trust. Karma & Whiskie love her to death and can't wait for her to come by and play with them. We flew out of town for 7 days and Michelle didn't have a problem one while staying with them. She is warm, personable, and an OUTSTANDING pet sitter for our furbabies, and we also like that she's a vet tech and can handle medical emergencies. Highly recommend her. Michelle has cared for my three dogs and my cat in my home multiple times when I've been on vacation. I feel so at ease with them in her hands as she is gentle, reliable, knowledgeable, loving and meticulous. She stays in very good communication with me sending photos and videos and always responds to my texts quickly. I feel confident they are well taken care of getting their food, water, medications and supplements , being brushed and being kept safe and happy as she plays with them out back in my fenced yard . She cleans up any messes they've made and I always come home to a neat and tidy home. Plus she gets my mail for me and feeds the wild birds in my feeder. My husband and I are very picky about who we leave our furry babies with when they are unable to travel with us. Michelle's Pawfect Souls Pet Sitting is my little Zoey's home away from home. She has stayed with Michelle on several occasions now, some for an extended period of time (over a week!). We receive updates on how Zoey is doing, and can clearly tell when we go to pick her up that she had a great time while we were away! Zoey is a Chinese Crested Powderpuff, thinks that she can talk, and believes she is the center of the universe. She tends to regularly have "something" going on making her a high maintenance pet, but has not nearly been too much for them to take care of! Vacationing is a lot more fun & stress free when you have confidence in the person who is taking care of your pets while you're away. That's how I feel about Michelle. I trust 110% that she will love & care for my dogs as if they were her own. They are always happy to stay at her house & never seem stressed when they come home. I don't even think they miss us! It's also nice to know that if anything should happen to them while I'm away, Michelle has the training as a Certified Vet Tech to give them the medical care they need. Michelle cared for my three highly energetic and enthusiastic dogs, a beagle, vizsla, and chiweenie mix and my cat who can be aloof and unpredictable, in my home and sent me updates via texts. She paid attention to all the details I had requested as far as treats, play activities, multiple water bowls inside and out in the fenced yard and even put bird seed in my bird feeder and water in the bird bath so my local wild friends could continue their feeding routine. It was so pleasant to go away knowing my furries were in such kind, gentle, andcompetent care with Michelle.
