We have come to paw tails on a few occasions. My mom brings her dog about once a month. It’s very clean and kept up and the staff is great! My only drawback is the price. The spa is not something we do often because it’s a little out of our budget. But outside of that, they do an awesome job and they so all sorts of dogs in every shape and size and everyone comes out happy and pampered. More...

Great place! The Manager, Angela, is very sweet, friendly & helpful. Our first grooming experience was not so great here and our huskys were left looking pretty rough, but they quickly took responsibility for it & Grant redid them (not sure which groomer did them the first time) and they turned out great. He is awesome! I let him groom my Chihuahua today (I’ve never trusted anyone to groom him before in 4 years that I’ve had him), but Grant also did a great job with him & was very patient, nurturing and allowed me (the overprotective Mom) to watch so my baby felt more comfortable. I know they stay really busy and have a ton of dogs in and out every day and maybe they were overwhelmed during my first experience because my huskies are huge & a lot of work, but they handled rectifying the situation very politely & professionally. Took Sarge, our 6 month old German Shepherd for his first nail trim and also had them bathe him while he was there. Sarge is a very energetic young guy to say the least, but I was very pleased with how they handled him and the services were great.

So extremely thankful I left my child (morkie) with paw tales! I left him for an entire week while I was away for vacation. While I was gone the Web cam for my puppys suit went out. Once I told them about my worries of not seeing my cooper, without hesitation they sent pictures and videos. I was so thankful that they cared about their customers enough to take time to help me. Bubba's favorite place in the world!! My black lab has been going to Paw Tales ever since he was a puppy. I drive almost two hours now to make sure that he still gets to see all his daycare "friends" and the Paw Tales family. I wouldn't take him anywhere else!

Excellent people from the top to the bottom. Cassandra, the owner, is not just a friend but family. She cares about every animal and owner that comes through their door. We’ve been going to Paw Tales since they opened, all of our babies have been treated exceptional there while being groomed or for daycare. I had to leave my mastiff for the first time since adopting him ..... he is not the most friendly and can be aggressive. .. I was worried for the staff and for him and his comfort... but watching on the cameras after a while I started to see he would relax they were able to remove his muzzle and later set with him in his room and walk him on long walks and play with him .... he became more relaxed as the weekend went by and although it was for a weekend only it was the best experience I have had I do not leave him often but sometimes it is necessary and knowing I have a place that I can trust 200% with my fur-family is worth everything to me... they take care of my fur-family like their own! I would continue to recommend and will use them again if the need arises... Thank you for being so patient and understanding with my monster man .... it was comforting for me knowing you all understood my anxiety and his as well !!!! you are an pawsome place!!!! More...

I used Paw Tales for twelve days while evacuating from the coast because of Hurricane Florence. Normally my dog is anxious and nervous when being boarded, but during my periodic checks, he was happy and eating well! This is a first for him while being boarded. The facilities are new and nice. The staff is kind and loves animals. The management treated me very well and was extraordinarily understanding about the hardships we were facing as evacuees. It was a good experience. I have two Australian Shepherds who I took to day care once and they were tired and seemed to have loved it. I called in the middle of the day to check on them and the day care people didn't seem to mind and new which dogs I was talking about. They were very friendly and personable, I wish I could have seen where they were kept. I also have some qualms about the price, they don't do any sort of 2-for-1 pricing, so it was $20/dog/day! I asked the receptionist if a tip was customary and how much, she didn't hesitate to say yes, typically $5, so it was a very expensive day - $45 total! My other complaint is the bigger dogs stay outside for a good portion of the day so my girls came back with wicked diarrhea. I guess they're not used to spending all day outside? Either way, it was a good experience that I would probably utilize a lot more if I only had one dog or the prices were more reasonable/accommodating for multiple dog owners. More...
