If you expect them to walk your dog- don’t. The entire time I’ve used this company (6 months) there was almost always an excuse as to why my dogs couldn’t be walked (too many people out, etc). Not acceptable. My brand new leashes were ruined as they allowed my dogs to run through mud with the leashes on. I was told no one would come & take care of my dogs without being trained first- also not true. They also withdrew money from my account WITHOUT my authorization, basically stealing my money. I needed a person to visit my dogs 3 times/day for 6 days. The meet and greet seemed fine. I met the manager who was going to visit our dogs on a schedule. Apparantly the schedule kept changing and there was conflicts with managing their client schedule. I called and all I received was defensiveness and telling me they have other clients. They used our alarm panel and kept bypassing the sensor on their way out so our alarm would not actually be triggered in the event somebody broke in our house. Luckily I had an app installed on my phone to correct it each time they bypassed our alarm. They had no problem adjusting their schedule to keep our dogs from going out of the house for 12 -13 hours at a time. They broke the gate that kept my dogs from having free for all throughout the house. The last message I received from the manager before I cancelled the remainder of our service was asking if I wanted them to wipe up paw prints in the kitchen. I had a friend enter our home after I cancelled with them and they altered their schedule to help me while I was out of town. When they entered the house there was dried up poop in various areas in our dining room and living room rugs, along with pee puddles. I used Genevieve Pet Sitting before they merged with Paw Print and the services at that time were amazing. Since joining Paw Print, there has been a noticeable decline in the care provided. For a few visits, I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but things just didn't seem quite as well taken care of when I'd return home, but this last time I came home to two cats with NO WATER and litter boxes that were only half taken care of. The fact that their water dish was bone dry tells me the provider hadn't even attempted to give them fresh water in at least 3 days! When I contacted them, they defended the caretaker saying she simply must not have been able to find the water dish (which is in the wide open and only 3 feet away from the food dish). Plus, one of my cats has a nasty habit of pooping in the tub – the provider told me this hadn't happened, yet decided to keep the bathroom door closed. When I came home, there was evidence it had happened still in the tub. The trust is completely broken. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your pet sitting needs. More...

If you want a dog walker who won’t actually walk your dog & make excuses as to why & just let them outside this is the place for you. Every time someone was to walk my dogs, there was always a stupid excuse as to why the walk had to be cut short (too many people out- right🙄) They also like to ruin leashes & take money from your card without authorization. Oh & they let strangers take care of your dogs when it was previously promised people would be properly trained with your dogs. Over priced for the crappy service. We have been using Paw Print Pet Sitting for about 9 months. All of their dog walkers we've had contact with have been absolutely AMAZING! My dog knows about what time his walker will arrive and sings the song of his people until they do. The walkers are punctual, sensitive to my dogs needs, and provide peace of mind knowing that our dog is being well taken care of. We just used Paw Print Pet Sitting for the first time this weekend. We have a very AGGRESSIVE chihuahua who we could not find care for. Our previous per sitter of 5 years quit due to his aggressiveness. Emily offered to come meet him, which I felt did not go great due to his attempt to bite her on the first meet & greet. However, Emily was confident she could win his trust and we scheduled a weekend of care. It could not have gone better! She brought a couple of girls who she felt would be good with him, and they won him over with patience, bites of cheese & his favorite toy. :) By the end of the weekend he was accepting love & scratches from all of them! Myself and my dogs love Paw Print! When we used Paw Print the first time, Emily met with us so she could get to know our dogs, ask questions about where we keep food, etc. One of our dogs in particular is a rescue dog and has a lot of social anxiety when meeting new people. I loved how patient Emily was with her and by the end of that first visit, both dogs had really warmed up to her. When we had a different walker she accompanied them to make sure our rescue dog was comfortable with someone new. They also send a text with the time they arrived, how the walk went and pictures. Do not hesitate to hire Paw Print ???? Pet Sitting for your pets caretaking!! Their online system is super easy to use. Takes 30 seconds to book a reservation. The caretakers are kind and amazing to my kitties. My Baby, who doesn’t come out from under the bed for strangers, always comes out for PPPS! Please remember that you need to have a little flexibility when hiring someone to caretake. Your pets might not get their treat or walk right at noon on the dot. I travel a lot for work and have two kitties that need someone to check on them every few days. Paw Print Pet Sitting has been very reliable and there when I need them even when it's a last minute "my trip is going over can you please stop by? " They even made sure that my cats were comfortable with them when they were sick and needed their medicine. Left town for a week and was very skeptical of hiring someone to take care of my dog while I was gone. What a surprise, Paw Print Pet Sitting did an awesome job. I have exterior cameras and ring doorbell so I knew exactly the times they showed up and left. The majority of the time they stayed beyond the 30 minutes I paid for and there were a couple of days they showed up 3 times instead of the two I paid for. I can’t say this is common practice or you should expect more time or charge. I was expecting many different people over the 7 day period to take care of my dog which I am sure made it easier on my dog not having to adjust to a different person every visit.
