What’s your signature dish?
Food truck: Pitas, wings, waffle fries, fried dill pickle chips, Burrito bowls, tacos, vinegar cucumber slices w/ pepper & feta crumbles, loaded fries, baked Mac & cheese, fried oreos and so much more! Have done a vast variety of menu requests on and off the food truck!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By asking their needs, diet restrictions & budget to determine what the best menu is if they don't have one in mind already.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people's smiles, reactions, and reviews after tasting our food. That feeling is EVERYTHING!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Always cooking & creating in the kitchen at home with my mom and seeing our family's content after or while they ate...Been dreaming of this since middle school.

Because this is undeniably this best flavor they will ever have the pleasure of delighting their taste buds with.

Though customers can fill out a catering request form on our website, the actual service is an in person experience only. Our food is cooked on site, fresh to order unless service without the truck is requested. Currently not accepting online orders.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Sanitizing counters, wearing masks accordingly, washing our hands more frequently, wearing gloves, & providing hand sanitizer. Also, any requests that make our client feel more at ease.
Food truck/ catering / private cook
We do events, corporate functions, private affairs, and provide private meals as well. The minimum is $500 for every 25 people WITHOUT the food truck.
If food truck is desired, the minimum is $1K, no matter how many people or the meal type. Locking in that date, generator fuel, service fee for 2hrs or less, propane, food costs, and truck fuel are include in the per head cost.
