Jason's team with Martin, Gary, Ian and the guys were amazing. They payed particular attention to detail touching up areas as needed and even adjusted the shutter that was a little tweaked. I had Parker Painting do exterior of my home several years ago and the paint looks almost as pristine now as when they completed the work. In addition to the exterior I also had them paint and texture coat a small area in the living room (which matched perfectly), the front door, a storage and three wood pergolas. Since there was some dry rot at the base of the pergolas and the shed they brought in a contractor to repair these areas. They provided me with their color recommendations for the front door and a slightly darker exterior paint than the original paint and both look great. Each day at the end of their painting they made sure that the area was clean and tidy and I don't recall seeing any paint overlap or spills that might be expected when you have a crew of 5 painters working for a week. The left over paint was marked with the areas painted in the event I need to do any touch up.I had also recommended my neighbor for their exterior paining which they completed the following week. When I replace the carpeting in my house I plan to have Parker Painting do the interior painting and I have also recommended their firm to 2 other owners in my neighborhood. More...

Parker Painting just finished the exterior on our Carlsbad house a week ago. His team was excellent in their attention to detail, and in their quality of work. Normally, one would expect some hiccups with a job of our size, but I can't say one single bad thing about the experience. ( rare for me, since I pay attention to every detail).We were worried about the prep work for painting our extensive trim, but they came through and did what they said they would do , and the house looks fantastic! We just had the exterior of our home painted by the conscientious and efficient people from Parker Painting. The team working on our home was extremely courteous, friendly, and prefessional. What was most impressive was their attention to detail and the pride they showed in their work. Throughout the job, the work was continually inspected by James to ensure it was done right. At the conclusion of the job, James noted an imperfection on the second story wall. Despite being in the process of loading their equipment into their trucks, James had one of the painters retrieve the ladder to touch up the imperfection he had identified. Parker Painting completed the job according to the agreed upon timelines and for a very competitive price. Jason's team painted the interior of our home, and we are so happy that we chose them to do the work. Jason was very helpful and professional. He even suggested a different color for our fireplace than we were initially considering, and it ended up looking fantastic! Top notch job by a really professional team. We had the exterior of our house which is 1980s stucco (so ugly) and three stories (big job) - matched and patched really well as well as painted. The team had to work through some pretty bad weather, but were able to get the job done relatively quickly. They really left no stone unturned, painted our trim, porches, gutters and fences- even under our driveway. I really trusted the crew as soon as I met them.
